Faster AI and PEST (permanent simultaneous turns) in LAN with Gameranger, possible?

As the title says, is it possible to play in LAN with these two mods and both human and AI players? I'm talking about Tribes of the East, not the 5.5 mod. If so, are these mods available as standalone, and where can they be downloaded? I know of Quantomas AI mod, but does it work for multiplayer as well? No idea where to download PEST as a standalone instead.
Any prep work that needs to be done? I usually play with friends over Gameranger, so if anything must be done by all players first (except having the mods of course) let me know. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello MagiCollector,

You can play TOTE + PEST in LAN.
Quantomas AI works only in single player (or hotseat).

That's a shame, but thanks for the answer! So i guess the only way to benefit from faster AI in LAN is with 5.5? If so, i've read the thread dedicated to it, but i was wondering if we can play with AI players as well, and if so, how to use the Utility exe in order to do so, or any specific setup required.

No. MMH5.5 has the same issue and works the same way (PEST - yes, FAST AI - no) as  it utilizes the same pieces of code.

What people do when playing lan aginst AI is using another EXE file (Utility_64.exe) that has pest but uses the original ToTe AI.

The only difference from ToTE AI is that MMH5.5 makes the AI to cheat a little more so it can become significantly stronger even if it is averagely dumb.

We are waiting for Quantomas to release his new AI which should be soon.

So in terms of speed there's little to no gain with the Utility exe work around?
Great to hear about Quantomas doing fine, and he even managed to almost complete a new AI? Damn! Will the new one still be used only for singleplayer?
