Sadly there are not enough (chinese) homm5 players to make maps like this.
Your best bet would be reading the RMG manual and finding templates you'd like.
Sadly there aren't mapmakers these days (except one or two). Don't forget to check the following site. Check HOMM-5 maps. You can always play them with the modded version. There are some wonderful treasures there.
