Theodorus not learning Town Portal [Solved]
SOLVED: He had no TP in his Mage Guild.
Anyway, there's a guy on Reddit with this problem (not me, because I am Titan5880 there):

Edit: Don't forget to enlarge his post. For those who don't know how, here's the text:
"Hey guys. So I've picked up Heroes 3 again but I seem to be a bit rusty. Mainly I'm struggling with getting my hero to learn the Town Portal spell. I'm playing as Theodorus. His stats:
- Expert Air magic
- Expert Earth magic
- Expert Wisdom
- Basic Offense
- Expert Ballistics
- Expert Learning
- Basic Water magic
I have Mage Guild level 4 and a spellbook so what gives? Am I missing something completely obvious?

You're probably right too.
Let's not forget, he didn't mention anything about the spell appearing in the guild. And he's also rusty...

Yes, you are missing something obvious and that is that this spell must appear in your Mage Guild level 4 for your hero to learn it, and if it does not learn it, here is a serious bug that you must report. That spell doesn't always get first time in the Mage Guild, though it's more common for it to appear in the Tower faction.

Anyway, I asked him some more stuff. It's probably one of the two.
Edit: Duh, he had no TP in his Mage Guild... At least it got solved.

Now that's what I call rusty. 
Someone also needs to remind him that Learning is not the best skill to take.

Lol. But that still like winning the lottery compared to Learning, Eagle Eye AND First Aid.
