Do artifact bonuses work when I don't have the secondary skill?
What I've been wondering forever: Do the archery artifacts work for me when I don't have archery?
Same question, although much less important, about the eagle eye artifacts.

No they does'nt work without the skills, the resistance artifacts do though.

This means that I wasted artifact slots many, many times using the archery artifacts. Good to know, thanks!

Golden Bow and Bow of the Sharpshooter special perks work though, even without Archery skill.
