I totally agree! It devalues the fun for searching for them. Now there's no prize for 1st place, everyone gets a medal if you just wait for the next month for the utopias. not to mention I pretty much play with one main hero, so there's only so much they can accumulate.
for cash, I just capture towns or play as dungeon and let a strong commander go solo against rogue monsters. But to each their own

Exactly,but only the Ultimate Dragon Utopia is not revisited, I mean, Rotten Dragons Valley and Magical Utopia are monthly, but if Ultimate Dragon Utopia were, it would be a complete abuse, you get 4 relic artifacts an abrupt amount of resources, wherever you see it, that place will be too abusive.

Couldn't it be setable like number of garrisons before game? (replenish ability + number and experience of dragons + reward value and kind)

Of course you can make your own settings. Just edit the creature bank template.

I guess I got spoiled from the older versions.just got used to revisiting everything.The new Dungeon monsters are Awesome,Really diggin the Chasm Dragon & the chimera's remind me of masters of monsters for the Sega genesis(A fav of mine back in the day be for the discovery of Heroes)Guess this spoiled baby has to get use to change
PS: Looks like there is new skins for the heroes can some one point me in the direction on how to change them.

New set of problems I reformatted my pc due to virus & the latest windows update has changed everything. I had no luck installing New Upgrades Mod [Amethyst Edition] for ERA. These are the files i have on hand:[Gameplay] Third Upgrades Mod [v2.8.7] for ERA 3,Era 3.X,HoMM3 ERA HD Eng. Are the the required files?
