I guess, you mean unintelligent. Nobody’s unintelligent enough to be unintelligible: That means you can literally understand nothing when they speak or act.
I guess, it depends. If it’s a one night stand and especially when you are young, you wont care much to be honest. And there are even men who are especially attracted to “dumb blonde” types. But yes, “personality goes a long way.”
Personality and legs are my priority, I can do with small breasts but ugly legs are a big turn off. Also it’s not a dealbreaker but coarse-textured hair is also a big turn off. Hair should be soft, otherwise you cant caress it which sucks.

Yes, that’s why people with no teeth and little kids are unattractive. 
I dont know, you can still communicate through body language, signs and facial expressions. Unless someone has like 10 IQ or something, it would be pretty hard for them to be completely unintelligible. We can even communicate with chimps on some level.

or, conversely, the McChicken.
For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
if i see a chick eating a McChicken, she can get the D, too.

Oh man, you go on rampage there. It was just an allusion to someone we know. You don't have to be TOTALLY unintelligible, is just that more you confuse people with unclear talk, less you appear as attractive. Inquiring about what perfume you should wear in that situation is quite delusional.
