Rear View Mirror

My Rear View Mirror

There is an old saying that hindsight is twenty/twenty and my own version is that it is crystal-clear. However when Truth is obscured and the average American citizen/taxpayer is purposefully ignored or blatantly misled, it is very difficult to see the facts behind ANY "reported news" no matter the source, therefore whether we like it or not, we must use logic and reasoning to venture opinions about any public subjects or concerns.

As an old man now, when I look back in time and see that during the unfolding of my own life, I also see American political, national and global  developments that transpired during my lifetime. Being a second-hand eyewitness does not guarantee a solid grip on facts but at least it does allow some degree of important speculation or observation regarding the news-stories and events within the USA and at times the world in general.

I am a grandfather and my time grows short, which means I have a view of this world I will leave (we all will leave) and I do not intend to neglect the duty of caring enough about my family and friends to share what I have gleaned during this visit. My main concern is not expressing my views but prompting each person that reads this to take nothing for granted and trust only proven facts. We live in an age where lying and deception for GREED are rampant and the common people that live and are taxed in every nation are thought and treated by the elite as nothing more than their means to Money and Power. Once there...who cares?!

Politics

As a parent I made many mistakes, both public and private. The most regretted undersight in the public arena is my absolute disinterest in civic matters at any level. My participation in being one citizen that helped steer governing bodies was nearly non-existent. Truthfully I can say that this huge mistake was chiefly the result of two "trusts". The first I trusted Politicians to seek power to benefit this nation and uphold our Laws and Constitution and secondly that any official, once elected, would serve and protect the American people from both external and internal forces that seek only personal gain at the expense of all ethics and laws. I believe that most of us are too ready to believe those people that gain power will have the morals and purpose that we would if in the same position; this was a fatal error that has nearly derailed this once great nation.

A Make-Believe Two-Party-System

I believe that if there is any voting system that is easy to derail, without question it is the supposed two-party system. How I could have been so blind to our corrupt parties as long as I was, is shameful to me now. As I said, I was not involved and because of that foolish distance, my ignorance evolved into disgust and dis-enfranchisement. It took me decades to slowly begin to reason about what I saw and heard in newscasts and finally become more awake, engaged and questioning.

What I realize today is that the average taxpayer has been watching "shows and soap-operas" that are broadcasted as <clears throat>...news. The main stream narratives (repetitive political positions for hidden-agendas) are propaganda/indoctrination for the "Globalists Union that is a One-Party System" and it always parties at the taxpayer's expense...no matter the nation.

Pay Attention

The simple way to understand what has usurped nations is to view the EU. I find it very sad that for all the talk about Democracy and Law within Europe for hundreds of years...the ruling EU is nothing more than an unelected privileged Elite Class that has sold nations a huge load of beauacratic dung.

For the record...America has fell under the same "Regime" it just has different national programming and presentations. The end result no matter what nation and how this tyranny is packaged and sold, is an all controlling government in as few rich hands as possible; of course this means you and I have no Real Election. Because of the wonderful world of electronic manipulation, we could have a hundred political parties and the Macrons, Bidens, Trudeaus, Merkels and all the rest of the "planted-agents of the future" will be in power to steer and keep once free and independent nations, into the planned steps of deceptive-indoctrination aka (Education), fearful-projections aka (Programming & Manipulation), submission aka (Sheparding the Sheep) and finally...mandatory-compliance which fuels every (Totalitarian Tyranny).

"Picking the lesser of two evils"

America has done this for so long, that the saying has been said for at least several decades.

When a person finally understands that their vote is going to a candidate that "they think" will do the lesser damage to the country, its citizens or do right in world affairs, well, that same person will have a chance to learn more, much more. Until then it will be BS-show-politics with "inserts selected to run by the hidden hands" and not by the people.

The voting system has been so corrupt for so long that the true candidate for either half of the "supposed two-party-system" is BIG money. And beyond small token taxpayer support to make the election appear legit, the real large piles of moolah come from special interests, shady characters, Global Corporations that betray every nation and its workers, High Finance Entities that rule stock markets and banks and also foreign governments; notice I did NOT say nations - that would imply "the people" of a foreign entity approved the endless illegal tax use.

To wrap up this section, when all is planned and both sides are merely playing roles and executing scripts in front of the Big Tech Medias and their fear-mongering narratives and planned programming...our votes...are made to support evil...period. The choice is merely a well presented and marketed lie. To the Elites, the average world citizen is...well..average and they cannot possibly understand the needs of their own country, nor even what is best for themselves. Move over "Big-Brother" "Huge-Sister" always sees all and knows best.

The Present Election-System is Rigged

To take back control of the USA and also Europe, we need a simple voting system that removes all money from the process by "we the people....citizen taxpayers" deciding and funding our own election process and if any tampering occurs from any outside source, they will receive a mandatory sentence of twenty years in prison. Only then can we Americans and or any other citizens have a free and fair election that has candidates that might even be good non-greedy people who are not selected sociopaths looking to live cush lives at taxpayer expense and wield and flaunt personal state power-trips.

A Simple System Could Look Like the Following:

1. Voters elect an independent election oversight board
a. The board could be on a six year rotation/election cycle.
b. Each state would have a elected representative.
c. No super-delegates and no other special inserts.
2. Elected officials cannot hold personal jobs, write books or campaign for their party. They hold an elected office at taxpayer expense that should require their full attention.
3. No outside money from local national or foreign interests...period.
4. Campaigns and Elections could use a "Taxpayer-supported Internet Site", where Debates and Candidate Platforms could be listed, recorded and broadcast to the Public.

In America we vote in two year and four year cycles for Congress and the Presidency and Americans should have no issues with taking a sharpened pencil to their local voting precinct and spending the necessary time away from all electronic devices and performing their civic duty. Never forget the tyrannical siblings Big-Brother and his younger Bigger-Sister.

After We Vote

All votes should be tallied/counted by the old-fashioned method using only physical Voter-Verification, manual Counting and Totals. Collections and Transfers of Ballot-boxes should be guarded by local police and a representative for each political-organization that participated in the current election.

Once again; if anyone tampers with Candidates, the Voters, Ballots, Ballot Boxes, the Election and or Election Reporting they will be subject to arrest and trial and if found guilty will receive an automatic twenty year prison sentence without exception.

Last but not Least

Every American citizen should read and understand the warnings contained within George Washington's Farewell-Address of 1796 and then reverse ALL the corrupt actions of TODAY's Congress (House and Senate) and hold all present and future members legally and ethically accountable to those stated standards of American political conduct.

hear, hear. and i'll go you one further. anyone attempting to bribe anyone who is part of the process, or any authority, or any voter, is beheaded after it is positively verified, that, without question, they attempted to bribe someone.

peace be with you, my friend. also, don't be so hard on yourself. you, as well as all the older people in my family, were raised strictly on the msm; you didn't have any other easy outlet for information that could verify, or unverify any information you were given. you could only take them at their word, and hope for the best.

Hello, grandpa! Long time no see, how you're holding up?

The one thing I agree is big finance intervening in the electoral process creates problems, this is not the 1770's, some of the people are so rich now, they have more money than medium-sized states. So yes, there should be a regulation, a security layer of some sort preventing capital to buy out politics, and through that legislation. This is also necessary to prevent oil companies, car industry etc. to sabotage legislation regarding climate change.

But:

1- Corporations are not a united front with a single global agenda, just like the aristocracy of the past wasnt. And the politicians they back-up are not "nothing but pawns." It's a constant state of mutual negotiation.

2- U.S. may be the perfect example of how the rich create their own politicians but this is not equally true for everywhere else. In the far-east and especially the  middle-east, the scales usually work in the opposite direction. When you have a more authoritarian state tradition, the ones who get their hands on the state create their own rich. They are decisive in auctions, they support the companies they prefer to, they bend the law much easier and with much less resistance if they want someone bankrupt or even in jail. State fundings are the biggest pie in countries without a sunk in bourgeois.

3-A two-party system has its ups and downs but it's not the main issue, especially if you have a presidential system. I have lived under and witnessed both a parlimentary democracy and a presidential one and here's what happens with too many parties in both of them:

In the parlimentary system, if you skip away the little parties that get votes like 0.3 etc. (think of them like your independent candidates), you get stuck with 3 or 4 party coalitions with programs and agendas so different, even the smallest thing sometimes takes months to decide. You can say that is good in a way, actual consensus takes time. But it also has its problems when there are frequent lock downs where nobody backs down for a simple law to pass or an economic budget to apply.

In the presidential system, since the end goal is to get the 50.1 percent and get elected, no matter how many parties you have, they end up in two major alliences, which, in practice, isnt much different than a two-party system. If you have a voter base of 35 percent and I have 15 percent, we will pick a candidate and join forces to beat the guy who has 45 percent and so on... For instance, right now we have AKP, Islamic conservative, MHP, ultra nationalist, CHP progressive but nationalist, IP conservative nationalist, HDP Kurdish and progressive. The latter three have completely different policies, especially IP and HDP are actual opposites regarding almost anything. But they act together because if they dont, the AKP-MHP allience will get Erdogan elected again. It's simple as that.

So the main problem with non-central politics is, somebody with a bigger allience always beats you down.

Hope to see you around more, cheers.

<L> Just had another operation and healing is slow but steady. Thank God I have plenty of organs to lose. <VBG>

Good question. I think there are multiple reasons why not. First and foremost, until lately most Americans have trusted in the election process. Of course, it is only about half the population that has voted. For many long years about one-quarter of our citizens have chosen the winners. Sad but true.

Another huge impact is "Entertainment". Having Orgasms, getting drunk, getting high, Sports worship, eating, buying movies, buying music, buying buying buying...all combine to be the "opiate of the masses." And it is damn hard to wake up when we are obedient little consuming machines.

Finally, Americans are lazy as hell.  "EASE" is the enemy of mental and physical health.

About 3 years ago I had to detox because my meds were killing me. So today I enjoy wicked pain, curtesy of Mr. Arthritis.

However, my Spirit is still very strong and I remain thankful for each day. Bless you for asking my old friend. <slywink>

1. Disagree. We do not and have not had a capitalist system. We have a controlled Corp market just like Hitler had in Nazi Germany. Our trade deals are not Constitutional and we have not given a crap!

2. I spoke only to the USA and Europe. You have to figure the rest. <S>

3. My main point was average citizens around the globe not having real elections.

4. No think you. I want FAR LESS government intervention and intrusion into my life. I have zero interest in Hitlers' Germany, Stalin's Soviet, Mao's China or any of the modern versions of such tyranny.

Anyway gentlemen, I do have a couple of more posts to make. For the record, I have come here to post just to have a spot where my sharing and caring can survive long enough to be read by those I love.

Cheers all

1- Capitalism isnt run by a central government with a global agenda. Corporations are rivals.

3- It’s not that binary. You cant have revolutionary change through elections but they are not as efectless as you claim. Just look at the countries with zero democracy.

4- I'm not talking about tyrannical government intervention. I'm talking about political alliences to get votes. Even if you dont have a two party system and many parties with instead of the central two, in practice, they merge.

Their common agenda aligns pretty well with each other without the need for a central government. Basically all Corporations want:

1) Lower Taxes
2) No Regulations (or minimal)
3) No Unions / No minimum salary
4) Keep Lobbying Legal

Etc.

This is why it is so easy to see that Republicans are 100% owned by Big Corporations. That list is basically the Republicans political agenda.

They have common interests, as little regulation as possible etc. That’s why I mentioned there should be regulations regarding climate change etc. And for that you need to have mechanisms that prevent them to buy out political power. A seperation of powers between finance and legislation is necessary, just like the seperation between “church and state” developed. But the global political arena isnt a two-dimensional “us or them” battlefield between corporations and the people and they are not an allience on every single matter.

This is my best educated guess as to what the hell has happened to my country during my lifetime.

Alphabet Soup

1945 Truman is ignored and bypassed by the SEE EYE A. The Dulles brothers and Big Bill Donovan have their own ideas of intelligence and its purposes for the future.

1960 Eisenhower (note: once WWII's supreme allied commander) in his farewell-address warns Americans against the growing power and tyranny of the Military Industrial Complex.

1960s Vietnam is a false flag and countless people die. Kennedy begins reducing our commitment of "advisors" and is assassinated. Important, find and listen to Kennedy's American University speech.

After JFK's death Johnson escalates Vietnam and we lose 50000+ young men and kill ? of Vietnamese. God only knows. And for what? Replacing arsenal inventories and field experiments?

1970s More war, more intrusions, more regime changes and more money changing hands. America becomes a slave to OPEC while we sit on some of the largest untapped oil fields in the world?

*Research the Church Commission. It is the early 70s then and imagine how many agents are on assignment and in key positions today, half a century later?

Reagan, an actor, is elected to be President and who is his VP? SEE EYE A's man George Bush. Reagan is clearly demented in his second term, Bush is running the show. Iran-contra anyone?

Bush is the President now and what is he selling? "The New World Order" The Order is endless war and regime change. The United States did not do this but the CABAL now controlling the US did.

Bush has a "like a son" and his name is Bill Clinton. Bush wants to go easy on China and Clinton carries out that wish by admitting China into the WTO. Where minutes before China was guilty of crimes against humanity and now what, why?

I'll tell you what why. The decision was made by Global Wall-Street (never forget that Bankers drive-wars and nation domination) You see, now that America was for sale - there would be huge profits to be made in Asia. Send American manufacturing to China, Japan etc. and look at the return on investment. Of course our Politicians were in on it! They approved anything and everything the global cabal has wanted and still do. Today the gigantic monopoly Wal-mart is everywhere selling Chinese goods while even our souvineers are not made here in the states.

Shortly after this betrayal Clinton signs into law a bill that results in reducing our Media Corporations from 70+ to SIX! Now the MSM goes from reporting to REPEATING.  And look at the sheeite we have now with Big-Tech monopolies using Nazi/Soviet tactics for their own ends.

Then we come to the 21st Century, Bush's son Georgie and the "staged attack" that enabled great fear to enact the Patriot Act and the insane and endless war on terror. Now Amercian citizens are monitored 24/7/365. All data is captured and NOT to keep us safe.

Bill Benney developed a non-intrusive security program but the SEE EYE A was not about to respect the privacy of America's law-abiding citizens and opted for complete collection and massive amounts of endless tax income to the pathetic agency and its endless treason.

Now? What do we have? The age of lockdown and control. 666 baby in a variety of ways. For all the people that worship Science, they somehow cannot see Science is not at work here. And the Corporations that are raking in huge bucks are not even liable for the damage they are doing to "trusting people".

Ignorance is not bliss - it can be slavery and or death.

Agree but I have to limit or no one would read.

Switzerland is of interest to me for a couple of reasons.

1. The were not involved in the world wars.
2. Their banks became safe-havens for God knows what.
3. They are a heavily trained and armed society - just the opposite of most other countries.
4. The Elites make it their business center. Davos

number four, exactly.

every time these... people... here at hc say that no globalist cabal exists, they should consider the fact that billionaires AND politicians, among others, gather in a country KNOWN for profitting off of wars while not being a part of them, EVERY SINGLE YEAR, to discuss how they can influence the world. literally.

i mean, if THAT isn't a red flag, among all the OTHER obvious snow going on in the world today...
