Brain and/or stupid AI
Why we can't do HoMM database and tree? Memory unit too 
Ok think about LUCIFER (WoG/ERA) map, if existence, ok you give a Hell Baron specialties are +35 Att and Def, +75 Damage and +4 Speed to only AI, if you give $7, ok now is no ERM. And then you still give extra HP in !!MA - script. Ok fun! But AI doesn't search and buy a hero but only random. Is stupid AI? No, programming was missing. This is an example.
But what you find true brain and/or stupid AI? Remember AI can't cheat you, because true stupid.
