The only scenario I can think of sacrifice useful is in battle with strong border guards and you accidentally lost a level 7 you sacrifice to bring it back. but does it stay permanent after battle anyone knows?

Do you really have a level 5 mage guild at the time you break out of the starting zone? Not to mention, you need expert wisdom.

What starting zone? Hourglass 3 crisscross etc had strong guards in the center.

Well, I guess it depends - maybe there are maps where it makes sense. Or perhaps you found it in a pandora box.

It is permanent without Fire Magic, it does get a lot more effective with Fire Magic however.
If you have Resurrection and Advanced Earth, there usually is very little reason to use Sacrifice though.

Can you sacrifice undead? Stone or iron golem ? Elementals? is it available in undead guild?
Like I said almost never used it

Also if the creature you want to raise is gold dragon or has exp anti magic can you still raise it? the magic's which are still on the raised creature say bless will it still be present after being raised?

It can't sacrifice undead, it can't resurrect gold dragons, and it doesn't leave a corpse behind, so it can't be used to raise demons.

Can you sacrifice and raise the same creature? The corpse you sacrificed can you resurrect it?

No, when using Sacrifice the body you sacrifice is removed from the battlefield and can't be interacted with antything anymore.
I remember there being a bug where you could use sacrifice to sac an enemy stack and revive your own. it was hilarious and the most overpowered thing i've ever seen.

More or less.
Water Magic is already pretty good, the only thing I would improve is making Summon Boat unable to fail, make Weakness as cheap as Stone Skin and Shield and buff Frost Ring.

Summon Boat has 100% at expert level.

How about giving Water a damage spell stronger than Ice Bolt and Frost Ring?
That way I'd like it more.
