Poll Question:
Are Golems good?
For me, Golems are strategic creatures. Rarely players understand Golems, right? Because of Zombies, Dwarves, Trees, etc or in the RoE, second last campaign offered 25 Royal Griffins, Iron Golems or Grand Elves.. A normal thing! If you've comment, talk about strategy, etc also disagree with us/Golems.. You are welcome! Therefore preface is already, it means no one laugh at you or us (unknowing) about Golems..

We are talking about iron golems here, right? Not diamond golems. Then we are playing tower. Tower has no need for such a pathetic unit, nor do they have the spare money.
3 shooters + naga queens to protect them, maybe some genies. Gargoyles and golems will never be recruited.

Iron Golems are top-tier level 3 creatures. Super tanky to guard your Gremlins and can brawl pretty much any early game fights easily. Plus they gladly eat the ends of your Chain Lightnings.

Depends of unit numer. Usually its very slow unit nonshooting nonflying. Rather to castle defense to not post city because you have no units. Similiar to zombies, dwarves, ogres in H1,2. But in H4 we have faster and stronger units. Tys best golems four games.
But it you mean diamond or gold golems its hard to buy a lot. Od should be similiar to Gelu Dracon upgtading ability.

I would rate golems somewhere around below average. They serve their purpose by being able to guard Gremlins, but that's the best part of them for the most part. They have quite bizarre dwelling, that needs an investment if the player is willing to capture it, and as they're quite the sacrificial creatures, they don't usually become very numerous. Also, whereas the golems get quite an stat increase if you upgrade them, the Tower is pretty demanding for upgrades/other buildings as well, so as long as you have other ways to build your town, the golem upgrade should wait.
In Hota, golems are quite a bit more numerous, and their strength is much more visible. Josephine can even be argued of being one the best Tower starting heroes.

Ok now I play Tower with two allied Towers against three allied Dungeon in the random Giant/ERA map.. AI of course..
Ok I got Aine, do you know Aine gets Fire easily?! But I rejected an offer.. I never played Fire.. Later on I try a Fire.. I meant Tower.. So Josephine built dangerous Fire damage, but I kept her suck.. Aine is much better, but I never played with Fire.. also Castle..
Diamond Golems are dangerous, when you aren't Tower, for example.. So you pick a Fire.. Remember splitting Diamond Golems.. Cheap! Thus you need Dragons yourself..
I choose a Water, if you don't use Golems to fight against your enemies.. Thus Teleport is much better, for example.. I understand some hates slow creatures also losses.. The troops belong to grave..

Aine got a Fire, why? Her Curse  I told you.. Yes I rejected an offer.. The same H4, I rejected Death, when Haven team.. I don't like H5, thus Dark spell.. Later on I take a Fire..

To prevent fast attackers from blocking your gremlins, single gremlin stacks are enough. If they are killed, nagas will make short work of the attacker.

Don't know about you, but I don't usually have Nagas in the early game
Gremlins don't let you take the fights that ~25 Iron Golems do so early.
