Heroes 4: The Final Battle

I was directed to this addon by BrucknerHun, who posted it in the Heroes 4 ULTIMATE discord server
Apparently, the main draw is that this game has original campaigns (which you will find translated into English in the next version of Heroes 4 Ultimate, so they aren't lost)
There is also a love of vintage tits art by Frank Frazetta and Luis Royo in the edited campaign selection.
What do you think? Why did we never have, to my knowledge, any thread of this here?
PS: The yandisk of the mod is a full independently playable ISO of the game, thus piracy; therefore as the forum rules command I haven't posted it directly. You have been warned

Yes, thanks for posting this!
Because I know it's really interesting stuff I found! YT just randomly threw it out for me and here we are, out of nowhere after all these years, a new add-on for the game! 
But it's really interesting that you can't find almost any info on this. Looking at the comments and translating them, I came to the conclusion that this was some kind of limited edition CD/DVD add-on released in 2006, only in russian.
Commenters said how lucky the video guy is to have this add-on. Although there are no new features or creatures, all the original and the expansion campaigns are replaced with new ones. Not to mention the interesting main menu image, music, and new campaigns previews!
What do you think guys? Who could have made this, do you have any info?

It is old Russian Pirate Editions there were a 8 of them. But I don’t advise you to play this, the campaigns are buggy and some are impassable

I don't know what you mean by 8, but it seems this one is divided in three parts
1- Age of Death
2- Final Battle
3- Chariot of Destiny
Each of these has 18 campaigns (corresponding to 6 orig, 6 gathering, 6 winds) of varying quality
So all in all they have 18*3 = 54 campaigns in total
If you can direct to more, please do.
The campaigns have a (rather absurd) DRM but I was able to remove it. I strongly suspect these people used to sell their "expansions" in Russia, otherwise such measures and such industrially-generated content wouldn't make much sense. Much as China does, Russia used to have a "paid mod" scene.
There are also other errors: Presumably due to character encoding, some maps/packs of custom maps that come with the stuff refuse to be unpacked, at least on western-configured systems, so there are some maps I was unable to get (not from the campaigns since those use English filenames).
I couldn't get any custom maps from "Chariot of Destiny" due to this (there should be about 20 or so).
PS: Nevermind, its just a copy error from file manager. I was able to get them directly from the pre-install folder.
Figure this might be useful for others.
On the other hand, nothing is impassable with cheats but if you know specific locations/mechanics of problems to fix, I will hear it.

Years ago I had Idea to extract all russian ,unofficial' addons because campaigns are oryginal but grabbed from web. And we can do something creative and original?
But it is a primitive pirate grabbing various resources. Rather ugly look.

Well, I didn't find all campaigns in web, so thank you. The ones I had as I said have 18 campaigns per "expansion" so there is definitely a lot of content.
On the other hand these guys should have tried modding, not only making campaigns, but oh well..,
PS: It seems these aren't the *full* campaigns, someone extracted only the ones from the first part, while not taking the other two, so I will still need to find the whole deal.

Hmmm, yes, six campaigns are reused and replaced, here is overlap between "final battle" and "Epoch of Death"
Funny that given the alignement/magical system they didn't make a "Heroes IV Magic: The Gathering", but I guess they only got MTG in Russia from 2006
I also got evidence that these were sold, not freely distributed, as I suspected
Seems like the took the cue of H3 Chronicles from 3DO...

I try to find all.
But Its only packing web free campaigns. Russian pirates did minimum work.
Probably all can be find in web. Maybe only have russian translations. Do instead lost time to translate better to find eng originals.
But most of them is russian speaking players work. So must be translated.

Ive found some info...
Its little complicated because they want to grab maximum money...
'Expansion' order:
1. Lord of the Rings - 3 campaigns + 65 maps
2. Dungeons & Dragons - 3 campaigns + 36 maps
3. Excalibur - 6 maps + 42 maps ( + all content Lord of the Rings, Dungeons & Dragons)
Total 12 campaigns 143 maps
So Excalibur is 'full edition' for three 'addons'.
4. Alexander - 6 maps + 32 maps (+ all content Excalibur)
Total 18 campaigns 175 maps
Alexander is next and 'final''full edition' for 4 'parts'.
For next 'expansions' they made another trick...
5.The Dragon Ring - 6 maps + 32 maps ( + Alexander, Lord of the Rings + Dungeons & Dragons??? )
Total 18 campaigns 165 maps???
6.Epoch of Death 6 maps + 30 maps ( + Alexander,The Dragon Ring)
Total 18 campaigns 94 maps
7.Chariot of Destiny 6 maps + 27 maps ( + The Dragon Ring, Epoch of Death)
Total 18 campaigns 89 maps
Its second 'full edition'.
8.Last Battle - 6 maps + 25 maps ( + Epoch of Death, Chariot of Destiny)
Total 18 campaigns 82 maps
So Last Battle is third 'full edition'.
As you see mish mash was made only to grab more money....
In fact you need only Alexander, Chariot of Destiny and Last Battle to have it all.
We have total 36 'new' campaigns and 257 'new' maps.
In fact this all probably is web grabbing players free work.
(Roman said that a lot is original - very good! May be used!)

I don't think so. Many of these seem to be made originally in Russian. Some of these are seemingly made only to pack into these pirated expansions. Not every campaign maker works originally in English either, I found Hungarian and Polish campaigns too, as well as Spanish and Russian online.
On the other hand, I did find that the name of the expansions is not very related to the actual content, IE The Lord of the Rings has something about a dragon wanting to stop the hunting of its kind, and its not even set in Middle Earth.

This is a good resource to find all custom maps. But takes a lot of disk drive space, since you have to download the whole .ISO (and 2 ISO sometimes)
Would like a download with only the compilation of all included custom maps (even if considering game campaigns as already covered).

Other option is download these big ISO. Extract all 'new content' and delete ISO. 'New' content easy can be packed into new.h4r and will be the same. Pirates has no knowledge how loading order works...
Probably 'campaign' is a fast merge some single scenarios without any sence.
To have something good from it needs reworking and maybe debugging.
Its a lot of 36 campaigns. Maybe dont try now 257 scenarios because its a lot of work and most of it is the same like download web map.
...
There is graphic stuff too. Especially menus and splashscreens.

Movies are scraps from Hollywood hits so we dont need it.
Other question with this ,editions' is that most od them is correlated from Hollywood movie hit eg. Lord od the rings, Alexander (2004) The Dragon Ring (TV Series 1994– ) Dungeons & Dragons ( 2000,2005) Epoch Death Gate (2001) to have more clients! These pirates knows something about product marceting...

Seen some campaigns. Some are quite bad though. I think this is an original one.
Most of the map spaces are empty. This is actually your starting location in the first map, you can imagine the rest-
See those events? There is no events. They didn't script them.
This campaign is named "The curse of the elves" and is tagged as "Bard" campaign in "The Lord of the Rings" expansion.
Supposedly a continuation of Elwin and Shaera, you start with like a level 35 hero (Elwin), but the neutrals are as if you were level 1...
Anyways, I have been remastering this campaign precisely because of how bad it is, for ultimate, with fixed (added) events and more stuff:

As you see its very fast and crappy work only to cash.
If you have willingnes you can build something better.
To make it faster I suggest extract all and change order from easiest to hardest not to have 35 lvl hero and 1lvl enemy...
Sholud be faster reworking it than making it from zero...
Will be good to change some lore. Eg. ancient ruler Alexander dont fit to Axeoth...
Fantastic idea is replacing by... Lysander!

Well. Your main enemy in the first map is just level 5. So I made Elwin level 5 (as a starting hero from Winds of War) and improved monsters and AI bit. That takes care of balance for the most part, though you have to take every map into account.
Can take landscaping these gaps as a sort of Taoist meditation exercise, at least I don't have to worry about overall map design so can turn off my neurons for a bit.

I think that 5 lvl for start is a lost a lot of fun from leveling! Always prefer 1lvl start!
Eg. limits. 10,15,20,25,30,35 etc for each map

And I stopped. As I wrote its download from web... Its waste time searching 257! maps! Beter deal is download random packs from these sites and play.
To have something good from this very bad work is reworking campaigns and some graphic stuff and maybe some music. Thats all can we have...
Maybe 6 real addons by 6 campaigns = 36 with 6 menus and splashscreens similiar to Heroes Chronicles.
For single maps - can be easily downloaded from web by players. Dont see sense simply download it and pack. Only if we reworking scenario and give something new it give something fresh.
