Heroes appearing
Hi
I have a question. Can heroes from another faction appear in the tavern?

Yes. At the start of the week one of the heroes is always from your faction while the second one can be from any faction. The new heroes that appears after hiring a hero can be from any faction, too.

I will add, maybe this was your question, that "dead" heroes from other teams may also appear in the tavern.

I can add that I play warlords of the wasteland. I have not seen another hero than from stronghold. I even cheated to test but it was never another hero from another faction.

That's because the mapmakers decided for this campaign to not have heroes from other factions available to the player. For flavour and storytelling reasons, I guess. If I remember correctly that's the case for most or all of the Heroes Chronicles campaigns.
