Hydras, sea serpents and couatls
Since hydras, sea serpents and couatls can be converted into bone dragons, does this mean they are in fact dragons?
Should they perhaps also be affected by Vial of Dragon Blood?

I believe that they just have a similar bone structure. So the necromancers can rearrange their bones, in combination with some spare parts lying around in every Necropolis, to form a dragon skeleton or at least something that's close enough. :'D

No sense! Should be accepted to Faerie Dragons, Rust Dragons, Crystal Dragons and Azure Dragons, thus expensive and high Hit Point. Think about H4, your Phoenixes, Angels, etc into Vampires, but Black Dragon, you get a Bone Dragon.. Why? Think about H3 Phoenixes are 200 Hit Points, you don't lose anything, if you change into Bone Dragons.. Maybe players don't understand math.. Level 1 creatures are ok.. Not level 7? Wrong, I change all level 7 into Bone Dragons..
Ok you know H3 and H4 engine can't do unlimited, Phoenix4ever! You go to megabanks, and you change into Bone Dragons.. 
Other! Thanatokinesis.. You can change all livings into undead regardless of the creature/being.. Thanatokinesis is a rare word, when telekinesis or telepathy in synonym is a common specialty in parapsychology..

Thanatokinesis?, okay that's a new word.
I just thought it would make sense that if hydras, sea serpents and couatls can become bone dragons, they would also be affected by Vial of Dragon Blood or maybe it could just affect all level 7 units.

Yeah esp. in the WoG.. You can update Pixies and Sprites to into Vampires, for example.. So geokinesis is also WoG, it means plate tectonics.. Ok forget it, and we continue your the matter of the artifact
