better use of rebirth
So I have been playing around with the phoenix's Rebirth ability - 20% seemed so little, and no one wants to waste their lvl.7s on a death charge.
Who, what faction, and in what form can this mechanic be better used?
Some are:
wraith- simple 'reborn' once @50%
troll- 'fight on' three times
zombies- 'come back to life' at a high % once
etc.

for ~50%, not exact, but if you rebirth more than once it will average to. the function is convoluted I haven't completely unwrapped it yet
# of times rebirth = # "spells" in CRTRAITS.txt
