It seems the template seed for Harmony determines the dwelling tier distribution randomly. That makes a pretty big difference, it’s not really the same game when you start with a Tier 7 dwelling in your first zone vs a bunch of low-tier ones. The early balance and pacing can shift dramatically depending on that roll.
For singleplayer, I have no issue with this - the randomness adds variety and replayability.
But for multiplayer, it’s another story: if one player rolls a Tier 7 dwelling while the other gets only lower tiers, that’s a major advantage right from the start purely due to template RNG.

Well I think I can say something about the game after several hours of playtime.
I'm glad it FEELS heroic, the sounds, visuals and music all call to H3,4,5.
Some resources, artefacts and such need to be positioned better, a number of times they are hidden behind terrain features.
People have already mentioned that there are buttons that are not marked properly so people won't know about their function or existence.
My only wish is for whole UI to be redesigned, I dunno perhaps its my nostalgia wanting ornate H3/4 style instead of this semi-sterile one.
Overall I'm happy with the game and will continue to play with the demo, so far only classic mode since thats what I'm most interested in.
EDIT:
Forgot to add that AI doesn't seem very smart. They avoid attacking weaker heroes and hesitate to take empty towns, dwellings and resource mines. Wonder if this will change.
