Hi!
H3 complete:
Main hero never used Eagle Eye, except magic hero, if a matter of taste due to their Secondary Skills, e.g. Sanya.. It belonged to skilful player, when skilful player can't find spells, and skilful player guesses or foresees myth rare spells.. So skilful player sends scouts to search spells.. The game changes into adventure.. Thus only one scholar (as seen on the adventure map) can teach a Slow, Resurrection or TP randomly, how much does it cost? If you want to get spell? It is an example.. Funny gane! Too much work/job.. Thus strategy is building game.. Another player says not allow to enemy has spells e.g. might hero vs combined hero.. When Slow, Forgetfulness, Blind.. And another player hasn't spells nor Cure and Dispel.. Whose fault?
WoG:
So Eagle Eye I script - gain a choice of spell when going up a level (1-2, 2-3, 3-4) gives lesser work/job to scouts.. But disabled spells in mapeditor, and to enable scholar (as seen on the adventure map).. But lesser work/job in principle.. Thus half-strategy..
HotA:
You know already, thus half-strategy.. But if you learned H3 complete and WoG, so you play much better and faster.. Tuned turbo like the best equipment.. Because played slowly, and now's allowing turbo and very easy, thanks for experience..
Question:
What do you think about fair Eagle Eye skill? H3 complete, WoG or HotA?

Can learn spell when you lose.
(100%/5th.lvl at expert with no artifacts, or specialists.)
Bundled with Scholar as SEE
Scholar (also MAX at expert) only learns -cannot teach.
Fewer shrines/scrolls.
Even then it's still less useful than scholar - maybe 1/4-1/5 of a secondary skill - I still need ideas to fill it out!

Honestly, I think a good use for it would be to learn a spell from a Shrine at a distance. Not only would this save you movement points, but since Shrine of Magic Gesture/Thought/Mystery tend to be guarded on random maps, it would also help you conserve your strength in those early days, by getting the spells without having to fight the guards.
