Poll Question:
Vokial, Zubin, Ignissa & Pasis
These 4 heroes all start with Artillery, but no war machine.
Vokial can't even buy one from Necro's blacksmith, Zubin can buy a ballista from Ballista Yard at Stronghold and Ignissa and Pasis can buy a ballista from Conflux's blacksmith.
Notice also that these heroes are not ballista specialists, so what they really want is a cannon and neither Necro, Stronghold or Conflux has access to that...
So was it a good idea they come without war machine?

Vokial was one of my earliest favourite heroes to start with because I love the Vampires. It always bugged me that he has Artillery without a Balista and no way to get it from his town. Yes, it would have been better if the heroes you listed started with one.
