hmmm..i would say Albert Einstein or Johann Wolfgang Goethe
German villain....
Normally i would say Adolf Hitler, but he wasn´t german but came from Austria. So there are many guys left from this time...Goebbels, Himmler, Heß......

Quisling by the way was a guy who cooperated with the nazis in WWII. He had Finnish citizens who would not cooperate rounded up and executed. Normally peaceful Finns were so outraged they repealed capital punishment in that country in "honor" of Quisling.

In israel the greatest heroe would be herzzel binyamin zeev, without him there wouldn't be israel.
and in my opinion the worst vilian would be yigal amir that murdered our prime minister yizzhak rabin, we even got a memorial day for yizzhak rabin, he was the best so far, shame he died and by a hebrew man  .
