small unintersting Graphics and suggestions to H3
if you look real closely at some of the units some of them just dont make sense
like the zombie for necropolis
the walking dead carrys a butcher knife
the zombie carrys a hammer
you would think it should be the other way around because after all a butcher knife will slice your head clean off while a hammer would just leave a huge dent
the mage from tower
the mage is visibly younger than the archmage yet the archmage is stronger it should be weaker becase stiff bones and wrinkles
Ogre
the ogre is carrying a club
the ogre magi is carrying what looks like a wooden hockey stick
cyclops
the cyclops has hair
the Cyclops king is bald
it is better to have hair in case that the enemy launches a fireball at it the hair will catch on fire first and the cyclops will be able to put it out but the cyclops king will get scorched first thing
goblin-ogre
why the ogre is stronger than the gobilin is beyond me
look at it this way
the ogre carrys a wooden club
the goblin carrys a steel mace
now think of this would you rather get stabed by your little brother or hit in the head by your father?
now some suggestions
for the bone dragon/skeleton
there should be a spell called "bones no more" where it summons a little midget and climbs up the back of the skeletons/bone dragon and pulls out their spines this should be a level 4 spell
make a spell called bug spray for the serpantflys!
make a spell called termites for the denerdoids
and unicorns should have fleas
the hydras should lose their heads every now and then
for the evil eyes/beholders there should be a spell called "contacts" which increases the damage that the enemy takes
for the beholder only if blind is casted on it should have it taken back to a castle where a new building is called "eye docters" and give it one eye glasses

Actually... for both the zombies and the goblin vs. ogre, if they stab you with the little knife, you might live or even be able to fight back (if they stab you in the arm or leg) But if they take a hammer and hit you anywhere, that limb is immediately totally useless if you haven't died already from massive concussive injuries.
Plus, I think the ogre magi's weapon is magic imbued.

the only thing that's not logical is the gender change of the genie... they are transexuals!!!

LOL... well, see, the wizards recruit the genies from the realms of air or somethin. So when they decide to upgrade the altar of wishes, the female wizard Brissa takes control and orders only male genies to be recruited. Probly after she saw Solymr.

Zombies do not carry a hammer. If you look closely you'll be able to see that it's a bone on a stick.
Both mages and archmages throw magic, and since archmage is older and knows more than mage, his magic is more powerful.
The ogre magi stick is magically powered so its power is the same as the ogre's club.
The cyclop kings are bald because they go through a secret and mysterious sacrament when they are made bald.
Goblins are little and they simply don't have enough strength to give their strfike a full swing. while the ogre does. also his club is much more massive.

You know... i am a little bit confused by the revived skeletons in many games like Homm, Diablo, AOW, etc..
Aren't they a bit too white ? They are like the one from the doctor's room. Too bright, too white and too clean.
Necropolis have a bathroom or sauna only for skeletons!

Political correctnes in H3
..u really missed a main point: the lack of "political correctnes" in h3. If u watch public discussion about computer games, they always talk about the bad influence of so called "online shooters" and stuff....
...but what about H3??? There was no public reaction about that lack of political correctness in H3!! The law really closed both eyes!!
Its really interesting that u can buy easily a game like this (even if u r underage) in which u can kill innocent blind creatures (trogs), pick on handicapped peoples (one armed zombies) or even erase creatures which are obviously threatened by extinction (dragons). They dont even stop at holy creatures from christian church (archangels).
And what kind of behaviour does our youth learn from this game??? You can see familiars putting their fingers in their noses, Archdevils showing "the finger" and even Pit Fiends that scratch their asses! (btw. must be very warm in hell cause all creatures run topless ...good lord that there arent any female inferno creatures).
This game should be INDICATED!!!

That would mainly be because there is no high level of violence in heroes. So what there are devils giving the finger, they only care about blood and guts being spewed all over the screen.

Hmmm, i never noticed any of these things (except the familiars). R u purposly looking for creatures that are in wierd positions?

I've never looked very closely, but from what I can tell, the Archdevil is actually using his figer to motion for you to come to him. It's sort of like a taunt.

Never Noticed the Familiars
I'll have to keep my eyes open next time I play.
However, back to the main post on this thread. When I read about the spell "contacts" for the evil eyes, my first thought was a spell "cataracs" that would reduce the evil eyes power. lol
As for the Pit Lords, that is one of my oldest's favorite creatures. He gets a kick out of it, and even tried to use it once in a game of charades. Too bad none of the other players knew anything about H3.
