Ya I totally agree with Iron here..
But I can understand a day 1 restart for any reason. But day 5 is often times 1 hour into a game. And that is blah.
That means potentially.. I restart, you restart, next load I blocked day 3 , restart, then we meet day 6 restart.. oops sorry man.. no time left for a game

RESTARTS SUX!!!,,plain and simple
I hate them as much as anyone...
But the fun of discovering whats where next turn,,that is the thrill...
Not wondering if it gonna be archers blocking my mine(cause i know where they all are at start) or walking dead,,,,woohoo,,its imps,,
Blah,,blah,,u know the drill...
Man,,u guyz try a random native game on 200%(on good template)...
Now thats FUN,,, especially if u wanna sharpen your scouting abilities.....not to mention more suspence,,,

To progress in the rules..
We need experimentation.
And sometimes you play with someone who says that hes "blocked" whenever he cant find a 2nd town week 1 and wants a restart.. what do u do then?
Thats the problem I want to solve. The guys that want a restart every time they find something they cant fight

Well, if you are 1 day apart and the level 10 hero is solmyr I guess a level 10 solmyr is better, but not if you wont meet until week 5-6 and its XL with under with lots of powerful walkers that have speed 9-7

RING isnt that bad. BUT Ring is the O_N_L_Y!!!! named template that is any good. Dwarven tunnels is one of the worst. Nuff Said

rings sucks. dwarfen tunnels rocks if you find second town first week. and the only named template without problem is phoenix rise. nuff said

top 10 templates this is good but the real player at random map i don't think that he care about that he must know every templates and must can play them there is no meter that i lose to games from Frank at random map
