Well, They try to conn him into making a telephone call, some dudes pull up in a white truck at the call box and they swarm them arresting them both to find out later it wasnt them 
How are they supposed to expect him to contact them again surely he knows what hapenned, I mean it is on all news channels, Are the police stupid?
Maybe they think the sniper is dumb
Well another shooting has occured, maybe they pissed him off

It is scary and sad that someone would even dream of doing this. However, I think it is important not to let this affect our lives. There are many risks in the world we can't prevent them all. You could be hit by a car the next time you cross the street. Just a note on the "my country is more brutal than yours thing." Murder and violence is wrong and despicable in all cases. I don't believe it is right that the violence that happens in the US gets more attention than that elsewhere, but that is no reason to try and downplay the disgusting nature of an incidence of violence or murder.

Man! He just sent a message to the police saying "your children arn't safe anywhere at anytime"
How can parents take thier children to school after hearing that?
I think if it were me i'd keep everyone indoors until he's caught, some might say that that is giving in to him but man this is innocent childrens lives and I think that thier lives must be preserved at any cost.
Edit: I Now hear on the news that he's demanding 10 million dollars, has anyone else heard this?

They aressted one person, and while he was in jail the sniper hit again, so how do they know they have the right person or if there is more than one?!
