indeed, if you dont understand it i dont care...
if i toss its in meaningless threads in the tavern where they are happy when something happens...its different if you span threads where tourneys are discussed.
For example, i never tossed in a thread like attack irak, coz its not important but it means something.
But whatever guys, im the stupid german for you anyway lol, and i couldnt care less

Agreed Andi, I've noticed that you have been trying to keep your toh threads "toss free" and reserve it for the tavern and library etc, where tossing is commonplace and indeed, you really need to toss to be part of it.

I understand both point of views but in reality there is nothing that we can say or do that will change a person who can get away with murder.
Lets just cool it.

I will agree with Andi insofar that certain types of topics should be kept free of irrelevant messages, and that thread starters and moderators should agree on cleaning away spam as it arrives in those topics.
To keep a topic clean I believe the first post in the topic should announce that irrelevant messages will be removed, and the topic writer should agree this constraint with a moderator in the concerned forum (in other words moderator has last say if a topic is to be protected from off-topic messages or not)
(The best would be to have dedicated on-topic (that is "spam free") sub-forums, but I don't see that coming any time soon.)
zud/hexa are also right when saying that the same rules affect all the forums and if Andi (or anyone else) tosses in topics he shouldn't toss in then moderators have the right to remove the toss message without any qualms (and without getting any complaints for doing so.)
And looking back at this thread it seems to have accumulated a dozen irrelevant messages already (mine included). so perhaps time to take out the broom and do/announce some serious janitoring? (Assuming that the ToH mod(s) agree that this is a no-spam topic.)

This TOH mapmaster tourney sounds really cool (the first few posts ) but as a true ToH noob I wonder how it will work. I've heard that a noob tourney would be set up during this season and would like to join that first before I throw myself in tha big thing. If a noob tourney is about to start, you can add me to the list of players immediately, or has the noob thing been cancelled? If so, I might enter a random map tourney or so (since I dunno any of the ToH maps real good).

hmmm sorry for dragging this more off topic but what qualifies as a "TOH n00b" anyway? i mean, i dont have any vet icons..so i cant be veteran, so i guess that makes me a n00b too....woohooo ima gonna sign up in "n00b tournament" too
