I thought that we could only have one and one custom avatar only.

I converted it to 256 color's and there was no change, except the file size is now 1.7k.
hmm.. To bad I dont have a server.. I need to do that Yahoo or something.

IYY. Dont get me wrong, I do apritiate your help I just didnt know how to reply with this.
I need a temp server space for this avatar in its earthly size, but smaller in CWorld size. Hence I can use it as my temp avatar (its gonna be along time til I find mine..)
Here are the steps I took to get that to 6000kb something.
1: Right click save as jpeg.
2: Open Jpeg, right click on image, properties.
3: Change the type to 256 colors/8bit
4: save file as gif
Val, If you see this before someone takes care of it for me, I would greatly apretiate if you could do that magic
