I heard from a reliable source that the best hero to pick is your mother.
Why?
Because noone else can take on as many troops as she can.

The best hero?
Maybe Cragg Hack with a lot of castle troops.
Reason?
Well:griffins and crusaders with multy attack/retal. provides a lot more punishement.
Zealot-already with no melee penalty,will make enemy think twice before engaging in melee,also because castle really often gets clone,zealots can still be cloned if u don't have watermagic.champions and angels,well,are already very strong units,and Cragg makes'em only stronger!
About marksmen and hallberdiers,well,by the time I have lvl20 Cragg Hack,I will be too busy to care about them.
So there u have it,this is simply my opinion.

In AB and SOD I think Sir Mulich is the best because with that extra speed the Champions can get full damage with their jousting ability.

That lady is Vidomina, but Isra's better cause his a death knight. But the best hero is Caitlin cause she's damn hot. What could be better then a hot girl?

As for me - I would play Kyrre or Ivor - the first far goes, and the second... is very useful especially at the beginning with the archers  )

The best hero is that Jedigo dungeon hero guy.
Why you may ask?
Because his specialty is Resurrect and thats the greatest spell.

Even if there are many tosses in this thread, like thant best necro hero...jeddite best for this "best" spell, i hereby declare this one the toss of the month. Not only is it written in good belief, but also with an imagination that i doubt many of us here can come up with.

And I say that learning is the best skill in the game because you gain more experience, which means you gain levels quicker, and that means you get powerful earlier!
