I agree 100% this thread was made for the support of a toh vet, who is now currently stuck in hell against his will and risking his life for his country. Lets show some respect and leave it as a prayer and leave politcs out of it!!

Missing You All
While I had the brief opportunity to access the internet, I stopped in to check the message board and saw this thread. I just wanted to tell you all that I miss you guys and can't wait to return home so we can put all the craziness in the world behind us and enjoy some fun games of Heroes. Also, I want to say "thanks" for the kind words. I wish you all the best of luck in whatever it is you are doing and please, all of you, stay safe. Just a few personal notes...

What does it mean to pray? Is it to say God what you want or listen to what God wants from you?

All I can do is to pray that Khayman and other lunatics will throw their weapons away and will start doing the right thing. What is the right thing to do? To kill each other? Or mayby to transform human life to a one big prayer? What is a prayer? Did I already ask this question?
They all there in the Gulf are already dead. So does it matter if they get killed or not? Mayby it's better when thousands of them stay there in desert. Iraqis and Americans. Or mayby not ?!?
I agree with you many people hiding this days behind religion terms but many of them dont believe in god at all.And i agree with you best choise for americans soldiers is throw weapons away and not listen they commanders they will not come back to home as a heroes they can only come back home as a murders because killing someone in any way is not right.But this will not happen because to do this you need to change all america and world. I bealieve those wars and imperialistic aspiration was planned before and it is what antihrist wants to make totall control on human life .And like in apocalypsis said here will be judjment by god at the end when world will full of lies and destortions. And many people think we have progress at the moment but thats not true people smoking and born sick childs,environment is not clean like for example 100 years ago, people will make robots who will do job for them but before people was working hard by they hands and legs and they was stronger also they was eating natural food and we make geneticaly changed food and soon natural food will be gone and we will eat artificial food and will look like dolls in the shop.Also we lost knowledge what was before and every year less people who really thinking and like i said before at the end mostly people will be like robots who dont think anything and dont feel anything only those who will not trow god away from they souls will survive .

Indeed it was an opinion, opinions are for the attack iraq thread, not this one. You tried to put across an opinion in a good luck thread, hence my post. Remember as the deadman said, no-one hates war more than than soldier himself.

Lol Rychenroler i know some people do like to hear positive things and it is american way to make everything look positive,and americans think if they are big they are good and if someone say they are not big he will get warning thats not correct thats not positive, they shout about democracy but in real they system slowly goes to totalitar system.And btw if soldiers would really hate war they will not follow stupid orders. And i think army and weapons basicly wrong thing it is like you need to care about something you dont need at all and by accepting things what connect to war you make yourself fool.

But that doesn't change the fact that US is invading and occuping a sovereign country. For oil, power, greed ... whatever you see fit, but NOT for the freedom or democracy.
How can you call it democracy, when people's fate is determined by M1A1 tanks from ANOTHER COUNTRY?
How can you call it freedom, when hundreds of civilians are killed?
Shame on Bush who turned nice people like David into killers.

I had an opportunity to jump on the net, so I wanted to say "hello" and let you know I hope to see you guys (and gals) soon. Thanks for all the kind words and support.
For those of you who have been posting here instead of the Attack Iraq thread, thank you for voicing your opinions. Most of them have very valid points; however, please do not speak for me in your posts, as I also enjoy being able to express my own opinions. FYI...the only other place I would rather be right now is home with my family and friends, while also enjoying some relaxing games of Heroes. I have no qualms whatsoever about my situation.
Words I try to live by are...Until you walk a mile in someone's shoes, you really have no grounds to pass judgment. So, if you want to really understand the people of Iraq, come live over here for a few months like the average Iraqi. If you want to understand or criticize the military, spend some time travelling around with the troops like the reporters are doing right now. If you feel the need to express your opinions from what the liberal press or the media chooses to feed you, then by all means, feel free. Just remember, there are three sides to every story you hear: how you perceive it, how I percieve it, and the truth. I suggest you experience it and discover the truth for yourself.
Please stay safe and catch you all in a few months (hopefully).
