Opinions about H4 winds of war new creatures
I think that some of the new creatures are really great but some of them needed more work.
The dark champion is killing...his bad ass...first i thought he couldnt compare with the dread champion but he
has a really great design.
The frenzied gnasher is also very bad ass...he's probably one of the most powerfull creatures in h4 and he looks great...3do have outdone themselves with the looks of the frienzied gnasher.
The catapult in my opinion is too powerfull...it has a long range and those boulders..can easily destroy an army...if the catapults are inside the castle...they are unbeatable.
The Gargantuas looks isnt too great...he looks too beastlike and he is also dressed with that strange armour...except his looks his a great range unit....the fact that he throws 2 times...it;s great.
The megadragons...dont look too much as megadragons...they should have been gigantic...but they are a little bigger than the black dragons..and they are too powerfull...they can hit 3 or 4 creatres at once..and they have 1000 life...i think they are too powerfull.

Pah, actually I think the new creatures are rubbish. Well designed they are, but still irritating that 3do didn't go for Liches (they MUST reappear in H5), Pit Lords or something instead.
I don't like the names, either. Frenzied gnasher and Mega Dragon sounds dull and a bit uninspired.
Frankly, MDs could have managed with 50% of their hitpoints.

The evil sorcerous alone introduced me to the concept of alignments and their deep meanings. Beyond that of course 3d0 could've done a better job nothings perfect w/out an ultimate order.

i think the evil sorceres is a great unit but beeing with order creatures isnt very nice...i first thought it would be in an asylum but...i dont think they matched it right.

I beg to differ.. Evil sorcerous (however to spell) is quite perfect in th order alignment. You see.. They would be considered "lawful evil" in D&D. Meaning they obide by orders for evil purposes.
Order is niether good or evil nessisarily. It is mixed, aslong as order is maintaied for whatever purpose, everythings fine.

i didnt played d&d but if you are sure of that i trust you...otherwise the creature is very powerful i like it very much.

I think you guys are wrong about the mega dragon. Ya he is freakishy strong, but you can beat him with magic(unlike the black dragon).

yeah but think if the enemy has 4 or 5 megadragons...you will loose lots of units before killing him..unless you have confusion.

The only way to get a Mega Dragon is through a quest, but is that really worth it? The quests would be extreamly hard and once the Mega Dragons die, you cant get them back (providing there are no more quests). Their Arch Breath attack is extreamly powerful though, as it can hit a fair few people.
