I was being sarcastic!  lol. I agree wholeheartedly to revolting against ontario's government.  They really want to become the 51 state. And we can revolt against the U.S. too

Okay then, who's first? Bush? Saddam? Arafat? Tony Blair? Jean Chrétien? Ernie Eves (Or as I like to call him, "Weenie Eves)?

i missed the finale, damn work and such.

overthrowing governments is just what this community needs. maybe we can get hawaii to leave the US and become the Heroes Community Country. and they would fly us all their to live and kick all the people who live there now out. we could have lan parties every day. and pay taxes to ourselves. we can set private hudson to national defence. and mighty mage to the abasador, everyone wants a mage for a diplomat, although we may be beter off with Cat. she's fiesty.

anyone have connections with the Hawaii governemt we need to overthrow them.

Last time I checked I still lived in America.  Perhaps we should overthrow Hawaii.  Then we could change it around to our liking.  Think about it, a big world to ourselves.  It could be like a big renasance festival only every day.

First, we need a base of operations. One which can be declared a seperate country, like an oil rig, or an Anti-Aircraft Platform. I suggest the latter.

Good Thread

I think this thread belongs in the Other Side of the Monitor.

Edit: I really don't care who disagrees with my suggesting this thread to be in a different forum. Everyone knows my intentions by now. If I say that I think a thread should be moved then I truly believe it. I'm not here to increase my post count and practically everyone knows this of me. I can understand the actions of other members simply popping in to say such a thing but I am clearly not that way, nor have I ever been. When I came to post in this thread, it was because it has a very good direction of discussion. I'm not here to spam. I'm here to discuss the modern application of this talk medium when literally thrown into the sort of free countries of the world.

On the subject, MightyMage introduces a very interesting point. My argument is to the nature of owning a computer to begin with. Many millions already own a computer yes, but many more millions do not and may never own one.

Are computers essential to modern life? I'd say yes to a certain extent. However one cannot ignore the fact that the number of people who do not use computers is as significant, if not more so. Because of this, I submit that the ability to gather peacably or with other intentions in mind is greatly cut in half.

This is not even to say of the other such traits of demonstrator leaders. Charisma plays a very big role in being a successful prophet so to speak. From behind the screen, people cannot see your facial expressions and mannerisms. Other such things play a smaller role such as threats, promises, etc.

In a modern world where we see such possibilities with this new invention we call the computer, I maintain that modernization must still maintain the nature of its creators. We are a diverse animal with a multitude of likes and dislikes. Using such a modern medium for becoming a well organized group of significance would be very possible except for the fact that most people who sit behind a computer screen generally don't want to get up and take over the world.

But in all fairness.....the F.B.I. does have what they call "watchdog groups" that try to monitor hate groups and other such anti governmental websites found all over the internet. Is it really helpful? Probably a little but in the end, I highly doubt the internet will be the key to any such discernable means.
