Hi all

One question: What is the pattern for skill advancement? That is what is needed to get lets say basic diplo and then advanced diplo?

Well this is basic idea sofar. Im fully aware that there as it is now can be some things that need to be adjusted but if you like... please post your cristism... positive aswell as negative
