I was thinking it would be in Valenwood, but I guess it was too much to hope for to find out what the Dominion is doing.
Given what's happened to the previous regions every time there's a game in them I still suspect Skyrim is going to have ben flattened by ESVI start though. I'd be pleasantly surprised to find the Dragonborn is still alive and active.

The Summerset Isles would be great for that being at the center of the Aldmeri Dominion it would have been quite interesting and enjoyable to kill the Thalmor.

But if the Empire won the civil war Skyrim being flattened would have horrible effects on the on it (provided it still exists that is).

It was a theory of mine that half the reason Falinesti rooted itself was so the game devs wouldn't have to animate it in the next game. Thus Valenwood.

But if the Thalmor conquer Skyrim (or, say, the Falmer emerge and wipe everyone out) they don't need to decide who won the Civil War. And given how badly things were going for the Empire already...

They usually finish most of the sidequests I can see them not doing for this one though as it more of an important discision(unlike say the fate of the Fighter's Guild).

I can see the Thalmor but as strong as Falmer were in game I doubt they could conquer Skyrim.

I would not be overly surprised if they actually did summerset isles/valenwood for the aldmeri dominion storyline. Would really make sense for a war between mer and the struggling empire + for example a reoccurring dwemer threat.
Alas, if TES6 is truly Argonia, I will be sad and baffled.
P. S. No Hammerfell as it was featured in the redguard.

There are 9 provinces: High Rock, Hammerfell, Summerset, Valenwood, Skyrim, Cyrodiil, Elsweyr, Morrowind, and Black Marsh.
They won't do a province that's been previously featured in a game, so that leaves: High Rock (was in Daggerfall), Hammerfell (was partially in Daggerfall and partially in Redguard), Summerset, Valenwood, Skyrim (was in Skyrim), Cyrodiil (was in Oblivion), Elsweyr, Morrowind (was in Morrowind), and Black Marsh.
They probably won't do a primarily beast-race province, because the beasts look too similar to each other, which would make the game less interesting: High Rock (was in Daggerfall), Hammerfell (was partially in Daggerfall and partially in Redguard), Summerset, Valenwood, Skyrim (was in Skyrim), Cyrodiil (was in Oblivion), Elsweyr (too many cats), Morrowind (was in Morrowind), and Black Marsh (too many lizards).
So, that leaves Summerset and Valenwood. Men aren't allowed on Summerset, so unless that changes, it'd be mer-only, which would reduce variety and also make non-mer player characters stand out. So I think it's going to be Valenwood. I assign the second-highest probability to Summerset. The third-most-likely is probably Hammerfell, because it was only partially in Daggerfall.

It just blows my mind how ****ed up the magic skill system in Skyrim is.
No single mod can get it working in a fun and balanced way. Right now I'm leaning towards justt skipping skilltree overhauls all together and only use Simple Magic Rebalance.
Quote: Potions of destruction for example boost the damage done by destruction spells and elemental enchantments on weapons.
The fortify destruction enchantment that you can find on robes lowers the Magicka consumption of these spells.
Switching the two makes for a nice and Simple Magic Rebalance. You gain a constant damage-, duration- and power-boost for your spells, but Magicka consumption becomes much more of a concern. This offers a nice incentive even for high-level mages to invest heavily in Magicka.
"No Magicka cost for spells" becomes a situational short time boost from potions.
And to battle the high Magicka costs a bit, Magicka cost increase from the dual casting perks has been lowered from 2.8 to 2.5.
That's enough to sort out most of the headache and actually add some fun into enchanting mage equipment.
It's still a mess but eh **** it. Tired of skill tree overhauls, I'm actually tired of perks alltogether. **** there's an idea, kill that system alltogether and just keep the novice/adept/expert/master levels, and make those automatically unlock at skill level 25/50/75/100. Oblivion style, no complicated stuff.

*snicker* I wish Bethesda put some thought into colliding plotlines into these quests; Methredhel just told me to steal a staff from the Arch Mage's quarters, which is to say from my own room. Fixing this wouldn't even require much re-writing; just a dialog change. "Oh, you're the Arch Mage? When did that happen? Well, would you get me that staff and then CLAIM it was stolen, pretty please?"
Edit:
Sorry, Scar-Tail, but not only does Teinaava want your heart, Hermaeus Mora wants your soul!
Seriously, it seems like the moment I took that quest there wasn't a single Argonian bandit anywhere to be found.

Ok so... the fact that I have a badass PC doesn't matter cuz Skyrim will hit a memory limit no matter what I do.
Installing 2-4K textures for everything wasn't such a good idea haha.

Nah I know of that stuff, SKSE Memoryblocks, ENBoost... in the end it doesn't matter... only so far you can push the engine itself before it breaks
ENBoost helps a lot.

Decisions, decisions...I probably SHOULD kill that Imperial noble first, because he's a sharp fellow and might figure me out. But that Breton biddy at the front door is just so stupid..."Hello, I'm dressed in silks and velvets but tragically too poor to help my nonexistent offspring!" And she buys it.

Dual bound dagger warrior is fun.. they use normal power attack animations rather than dagger ones, so they can be blaaazing fast.
With SPERG and Duel Combat Realism, I use one Fus word to stagger then unleash like 10 strikes before they recover. Feels badass, whirlwind of death.
Couple with Redguard adrenaline rush for infinite power attacks hehe. Really learned to love this race with Duel Combat Realism.. Stamina matters a lot.

Not playing ESO... but goddamn it has an excellent soundtrack.. listening to it on Spotify right now. Could easily add it into Skyrim as a music addon, though that would be illegal I guess.
Wonder if I can buy it and convert it myself

@Adrius: Second that. You know who Malukah is? She sings several of the in-game songs (which you might already know if you're looking it up ). But yes I've been unsubbed for a few months now and still thoroughly enjoy the songs.

Some random immersive gems for ya'll, easily missed among all the huge mods:
Red Mountain Erupts
Makes the epic smoke from Red Mountain visible from Skyrim, and not just from Solstheim.
The Eloquent Reader
Reading new books give you speechcraft experience. I recommend More Hud with this one since it gives you a HUD indicator on whether a book has been read or not when you hover over it.
Understandable Draugrs
They're saying really mean things! Adds subtitles to Draugr voices that were actually made by Bethesda, but not implemented. Seeing as you fight absolute TONS of these things giving them some personality is really nice.
YOT - Your Own Thoughts
Changes pretty much every message in the game to a 1st person perspective, and replaces technical wording to more in-world immersive ones. I.E "you can't fast travel with enemies nearby" to "I can't travel now, there are enemies nearby".
