It is pretty sad Valky that you and a couple others cannot post there opinion on the subjects without FIRST trashing and TOSSING on Jinxer. Are you afraid your opinions dont hold enough weight on there own unless you suger coat it first with trashing Jinxers and his opinons??
I would be inpressed to actually see you post an opinion to this thread that didnt have my named mentioned or ANY indirect reference to situations pertaining to me etc.
And just because you mut " IMHO " infront of your TOSSES doesnt make them not Tosses lol

You'll start the combat in BOX formation and your Tactician is in middle. Life troops can't hit the Tactician that way normally.
If you are lucky enough to have Martyr, which is level 2 spell, Sanctuary is NOT such a problem. Haven't you people found the value of that little spell? It is more than worth discussion. Sure it demands luck to have that spell, but it demands even more luck to have Sanctuary. With Martyr you don't even need to worry about protecting your heroes that much and can even propably send a troop to opponent's side just in case he dares to let his heroes out of the Sanctuary. Dispel and Cancellation still are problematic.

I choose box but its praticaly useless in this case.heroes needs to be moved in the corner or somethin.
martyr-maybegood idea.but to hard to get it with black alligments.and another thing.martyr will be also useless if( its how its gona be really ) oponent will cast dispel.anyway its cast to dispel imortality

let's jump to conclusions then: when you'll play in the further clanwars , choose a map where you can see the opponent's alignment from the very first day, and if he's (i doubt there would be a problem with a "she") LIFE,don't waste your time and report , maybe a lil' chat will help , something like that "are you in? gg !" .I think this is the best solution in order to not get old too early and face the ultimate confusion

Or you can play UTB! The map with the solution, but I'll leave it to you all to figure out why
Other maps have this solution too, in different ways aswell. As a matter of fact, many maps are great for this type of thing. But naming them would make it too easy
Ahh, and you could always play Lisp - the map without sanctuary! (omg jinxer - I'm like your personal PR manager)

Martyr + Ring of Permanency = Who needs to worry about Sanctuary? That's a killer combo. Enemy can't get to your heroes before killing your creatures. And if you have Druid or Demonologist, that might take a while.
Evil Alignment, perhaps make a hero army with only 4th level creatures. Combination of Archers and Sorcerers + Druind, and you propably don't need to worry about losing the battle without retreating. But that is if the design of the map allows such a strategy. If you are Death, well, I'd say you are really messed up IF your opponent has Sanctuary unless you are real lucky.
There's one thing though to do with Death, cast Plague or Poison before opponent enters Sanctuary.

am not goin to play circle anymore
and am not sayin 'sanctuary -death of oponent'

as I know there is no ring of permanency in some maps (including circle)
about lucky morale-yes thats true.need to be lucky to get mugle and rng of speed.everything ll be fine then
