Lord Woock: Bardzo ciekawa historia.
Story:
When I went on a chat (nie wiem jak to sie pisze po angielsku) I had to write my nickname. There was an inscripion "Write here your nickmane" (but of course in Polish). I had no idea for my nickname, so I wrote Nickmam like batman or superman. (sperman  )

Ha... Some people followed my pattern... But it's really not interesting because I can understand Polish and Russian and all other Slavonic languages without studying them... And because I have studied Spanish and now I study French I can understand also Romance languages (is that the term? I found it in the dictionary but it sounds strange). I understand almost nothing from the Scandinavian languages, though.
By the way, I know that I should speak in English but I greet every new Bulgarian in Bulgarian... I think this isn't something unusual.

A lot of people around the HOMM communities are a bit older than I am - I know of several who are older than my father! :-) Most of the time I don't know how old people are. But the level of respect one recieves on the net relates not to age, but to maturity, quality of expression, informed-ness and intelligence - though in what order, and what else contributes, I don't know! :-)

Wyvern: Ok, Ok you are right, I am proud to be Bulgarian and talk to my own language (obache niama kak tribva da pleshtim angliiski da ni razbirat i drugite pichove). Bre ti mnogo ezici si znael. Tui ispanski , frenski etc?
But look at Scandinavian languages I am totally confused.
My nick story is not so interesting:
The prefix "Bat" in my language doesn't mean an animal like in English, but is an abreviation from "an elder brother" or in Bulgarian "batko". The teenagers called me this when I used to play with them games in local Computer clubs. And
"vanio" is the conversanional version of my original name which is "Ivan".

Hi, Batvanio, nice thread.
My nick DonGio is short for Don Giovanni, the main character from the Mozart opera. This because Giovanni is the italian translation of my Norwegian name, which is Johannes. I love Italy and italian, and I think Giovanni sounds cooler anyway.

Coz Giovanni is the italian translation of my name
which is Ivan, as I explained previosly.

Well, that's not exactly true. My name is £ukasz. My e-mail address is upmaster@go2.pl and it used to be woock@go2.pl.
I usually use WOOCK@SH.PL as a nickname, but it just wouldn't fit on a fantasy board, so I used the short version (woock) and added "Lord".
