HC Sociogram
 WHAT IS A SOCIOGRAM?
A sociogram is a graphic representation of social links and it shows the structure and patterns of group interactions. You can read more here. For starters, we could try the simplest form akin to a "friendship chart" (did this at school...?). Finally, here's an example of a sociogram:
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Just send me an HCM with one or two names of the members you feel close to - please list only those you consider your best friend(s) here. I will NOT reveal your choices to anyone. In addition, sociogram does NOT list any names, not even your own. 
WHY SHOULD I DO IT?
I am not sure myself yet - it depends on the results we get. The chart will represent us as a community, so let's discuss its implications when it's done.

This should be interesting though I wonder what we can learn considering that the people won't be revealed It's a large community, if half the people gave it a shot the chart would be enormous. Now let's see how tied HC is!

Well, it doesn't "work" in any specific way - when it's done, we all get to see and analyze the results.
About 25 have taken part so far. Judging by the number of currently active posters, I expect twice as many in the end. I'll wait a few days before doing the chart, of course.
As for those who are reluctant to participate: perhaps YOUR bestest friend has already listed YOU, so return the favor!
