Updated NCF thread
Credit to pause for the idea.

Stats:
Attack: 35
Defence: 28
Damage: 55-60
HP: 177
Speed: 7

Power: 5917(by Alci's power calculator)
Growth: 2
Cost: 4200 gold & 2 gems
Abilities: No enemy Retaliation, Immune to water.
Description: Fierce creatures of Ashan that have received Shalassa's blessings. In fact they are the only creatures known to have received the Dragon of Water's blessings.
Screen:
(I did my best to fix it's animations, if any minor bugs, please report, the icon was fixed(the hair color) but I was to lazy to screen again  )

you're sure itsn't « Naga of the Water » ???
the hair's color is not the same between creature and icon.
Blue for one and red for the other.
And icon needs a best work.
Also, your Magog doesn't have a dead animation

Well that's not bad for a start Eugen . I'm a complete idiot concerning modding (and a few other things xD) but I feel like the two body parts don't look very smooth together. It kinda looks like you got of the legs of the Rhakasha and just put them on lavaelemental. If you could fine tune that I guess it be pretty cool but it good work as it is .

Dragons would not be dissed having stats like this
I really don't like graphics, upper part should be scaled down to match the tail. Apart from that, icon is poor.
Looks like unfinished work, unfortunatelly.

Well yeah I think I understood that but what I meant is that it doesn't look smooth. Look at Fauchs Medusa which is the same only with a fury on top and there the connection is really smooth.
Look at the Rhakashas belt it's way out over the edge of the body.

This aside... well done Eugen, it's not bad IMO. Still, the lower body does need a colour transplant.

SimonaK was right, I linked to an older version which had not have the Icon fixed. 
Oh, and I wanted the color of the tail to match the one on the "signs" on it's hands...

imo, if you fixed the animations, you did the hardest part. but you could improve the visual aspect (personnally I searched snakes pictures on google and used some of them to retexture the tail and the hair)
maybe you could add another ability too. no retaliation only (ok + cold immunity) seems a bit uninspired.

To get a lot of NCFs is hardest than Castles's Creatures!
You can get 2 Tier 7 in your castle if you have the outside dwelling for. This dwelling is easy to get.

Exactly.
However you should remember that high growth would decrease the spellpower of a stack with same size, so it's not all obvious.

the spellpower increases but more slowly...
I think that's work with the creatures's quantity in your army and it's a exponantial formula.
