Has anyone played the map The Empire of the World II?
Hey, i'm new in this forum maybe you people can help me out 
i'm talking about heroes3 SoD, has anyone played\finished this awesome map? because i need help..
after capturing Mongolia i'm on my way to kill the cyclop king, but theres a boarder there that tells me to get the orb of verublabla to pass, but to get that orb(i think its called varubility or something like that), i need to get 4 artifacts(sword,shiel,skull and some bone body armor).
they tell me i can find those artifact in an island called The Lost Souls, and to open the gate that leads to there i need to kill the cyclop king, which i cant because..(read up  )
i'm trying to finish this map for like a week now, im on month 18 and still nothing :/

Killing the Cyclops King
Ok, here's what you need to do.
Up north of the Cyclops king area you will see an area guarded by a dragon (I believe it is that way)
This is actually a bunch, if memory serves, and you have to get past him. Then you go in and the orb is hidden in there.
Take the orb, head back south, and give it to the quest guard.
This lets you get beyond him and go for the Cyclops King.
One word of caution, he has LOTS of cyclopses and Cyclops kings in his army, as well as plenty of other stronghold army (lots of ancient behemoths, etc.)
You'd better bring a lunch and a large army with you.
Also, make sure you have the tavern built in the kings castle (the castle west of Princetown). That is the only place you can build the tavern.
This was one tough map, and this fight, in particular, really gave me grief.

Yeah, UncleJR is totally right with his facts.
Youīll find the orb (after you defeat the green dragons) behind the "tree of knowledge"
If you still got problems, feel free to ask...
I played the map about 3 times and i loved it...allthough itīs a little bit too easy in my eyes.....

Sorry, but youīre not right with that, coz like i mentioned before, itīs a little bit too easy..
If you want really hard maps (xl with underground), than you have to try "Unleashing the bloodthirsty" my personal favorite and VERY hard.
Or you can try "The Lords of war" and "To kill for power". Great maps with great armies and great storyline..
And if you want a hard campaign, you have to try "Eternal love". A campaign with 8 scenarios, very hard fights and an awesome story awaits you....
Play it and afterwards you can post here which of them you liked better.....i could bet itīs NOT "The empire of the world II"...

thanks for your help but i cant find that dragon u r talking about..
maybe you can check the cordinates in the map editor? ill appriciate it!
and about eternal love.. i allready finished it,
oh and that map empire of the world II is not a normal map like u used too. its a map with hidden pessages anda lot of smartass stuff
and just to give u an example, theres a hero with 99 all skills and has 7000 archangels and 4000 air elemental
and its not the boss actually, theres someone stronger which i didnt get too yet..

If you are standing in front of that border guard, just "turn around" and go about 8 or 9 tiles in north direction at the top right of the map....there you find the green dragons which guarded a small area with a university (i think) and a tree of knowledge..abnd just behind that tree youīll find that orb.
You also can cast "view air" when youīre standing in front of that border guard. If you donīt have "air magic" it still shows you all unclaimed artifacts, so you can see it not far away to the north....
And about that hero with all skills 99 and 7000 Archangels....i didnīt had any loss against him....

If You're Talking about the God of Air
You never have to face him.
Yeah, he's an imposing individual, but you can bypass him entirely by wiping out Orange.
You have to fight the Elemental king, and a couple of other tough elementalists/planeswalkers.
After you take over the confluxes, you just have to wait a bit and then a week later, the God of Air is gone. You never have to take him on and you have free access to the portal.
Also, as for the artifacts that you need to get to the hut, hang in there, you'll get them as you go along, and then you can get that orb of vulnerability.
And believe me, you'll need it.

one orb is near that gate and the same orb can be found on the sir hut...

No part of the given storyline tells you to wait until the god of air is dismissed...normally this is a fact which you have to conclude by your own..
@ Eran
Donīt be afraid, you will have the black orb in your backpack as long as you will really need it 
BTW did you find the other 3 XL maps that i mentioned above?
Donīt miss it to play them...you will enjoy it..

Are there any quest guards you still have to fullfil?
Also watch out for some nicely hidden woodpiles which "prevent" you from walking further through forrests...
