.. is awesome song by oasis.. i hate the band - but i love this song. and i think its kinda good introdution to participate in the kitten bash tourney.. cause i dont look back in anger...all i say i just as it is. and not even a little part of it is anger..
well i doubt anyone can compete with me in this toruney so im gonna start.
kitten is nice girl...well this sounds like a compliment - it isn't
because as a leader of a tourney with more than 5 players you need to be able to kick some butts - you need to have kinda "dictator genes" and what you need most - a clue.
and all this i what kitten is missing..this combined with the skill of beeing even more lazy than garfield on a hot summer day is a danger for a tourney like toh..for every tourney.
NOONE - i repeat NOONE takes ya serious if come up with excuses that are so cheap that you can buy em at wallmart for less than 1$...car broke..toaster exploded...and so on.. 
i dont think kitten does herself a great favour leading an online multiplayer tourney..i doubt she does herself a favour with leading anything at all..
we can split the mankind into 3 great groups
- The leaders
- The followers
- The followers that got noclue but damn they know it - but they dont care .they wanna lead anything
..and be true..we all know in which of the 3 groups kitten belongs..
not that you misundertand me - i really like kitten as a person. she is nice - allways wants to help wherever she is able to and she cares about anything (..even things which are none of her buisness ) - but lets face the truth - she is not capable to lead anyone or anything at all . she uis just too nice.
Lets face is - kitten ruinied toh and was is used to be. she will deny it - she will reject it but she knows it...
Lets compare kitten to the Big V - rob simyar. personally i think that ves used to behave like a butthead most of the times - but you know what ? that was what rocked - and that was what impressed me and what i like. maybe because it reminds me a bit of my own personal "style". 
Everyone took him serious - everyone knew that sometimes he behaved like a dictator - and WE ALL LOVED IT to be true. even if we complained 24/7 - we loved it and he knew that we did  (activity)
it gave TOH a serious touch..more serious like any other Online tournament i ever played before i entered TOH.
Look what toh is now... look what TOH used to be and then tell me right in the face whicht TOH you prefer.
I was away almost half a year now and when anyone asks me about "good old homm times" only the times as a player come to my mind. games i played with my friends (you know who you are ) and specially games i played with my enemys ( you know who you are too ).
the time as a coordinator and as a honor council chairman was also a good time sometimes - and the honor i STILL feel for beeing chosen and accepted at this position is undescribeable. i allways tried to give my best day by day. but trying to work together with someone who gets envious when "your best" is more than "her best" is impossible and thats why i finally quit - for me this is not what teamwork is about..
HOMM maybe just a game - but HOMM is a part of my history. ill never forget the good times i had and the guys i met here.. now i moved on to Everquest. here as a guildleader i got the freedom to create something after my ideas... and work in a Team with no envy and bad feelings at all. The guildname Vidomina's Vampires was our HOMM clanname..e intentionally kept the name from our homm clan because this is where our roots are and that bwas the time when we had the most fun at homm.
I love TOH and i will allways be a part of it - but i deny to be a part in the kitten-show. If there will be honmm 5 (given it will not suck ass ) one day and you need a worcaholic around in TOH - just call and ill be there.
..and now i want that Bashing Trophy...

I Hope This Thread Gets Deleted By A Mod
Absolute distaste. I don't consider the Heroes Community to be a platform for trying to tell someone they are a horrible person. There's so many different ways to tell someone you disagree with them. It is clear this thread does more than disagree with Kitten. It's a conglomerate of insults and personal attacks. The purpose of this thread is quite obviously meant to show hatred for one single person. I belive this to be a violation of Heroes Community rules and I hope the mods delete this thread immediately. I also hope they ask the creator to reform his approach and edit the insults and personal attacks out. Why does something like this have to be posted for everyone to see? This is nothing but distasteful dirty laundry. It is completely undignified. There is no honor in this thread.

also known as Truth .. no these are no personal attacks - if you consider what i wrote attacks - which i dont - but if you do so you must see it as attacks against her as a leader of a tourney and NOT personal ! thats a huge differnece is i dont like someone - or if i dont like how someone does hs job.. if you dont see a difference here - go away

that would be quite a joke wouldnt it ? a mod asks to get bashed - look at the new tourneys - and then if you bash the thread gets deleted ? ... man grow up and see some letterman shows to get a sense of humor

Is when people that have no clue what they are talking about interfere.
And if you consis had read his post all through you see that he as many else of us kitten critics knows that she has some good personal traits aswell. Her kindness and willingness to please everyone is two of them.
Unfortunately these are not 2 personal traits that makes a good leader or a tournamet coordinator for that matter.
And it is her being a tourney coordinator many of us has the problem with, not kitten as a person. And if she was just a regular player/member im sure she would get treated as the rest of us.
So please take your no knowledge judging attitude some place else consis. This isnt the place either to play God and place judgement on those who is bad in thee eyes.

Good to see you motor buddy.
I already forseen the change when Ves stepped down before it even happened.
Thats why I was shocked & quite happy that you became Head HC after Destro & you rocked & you knew I tought so.
ALas to my disapointment when ya stepped down I knew this tourney would be getting soft but it had Tewilligar in it which was basically the only player in HC I knew was strict.
Niw a few months he quit also because of him being tough in HC.
Now it's not even actives & cheaters still running around.
I hear ya Motor & this place is supposed to express yourself & even if theres a vendetta this thread cant be deleted.
Sometimes I felt the reason why I was not even considered to be HC was because I would of been just as tough as you were Motor, you know how much I hate cheaters of any way & wont even give a second tought.
I already know the main reasons cause yalls tought I couldnt handle it.
Compare how organized it is in W&W then in here.
2 administrators should have access to every tourney & everythang in mah.
Administrators put thier faith in hired HC hands they should trust them.
Otherwise Tew would of never quit.
ANdi & I had some bad cases in yrs but I miss you guys too.
I dont even look in tournies anymore in here & just really boring to me.
Sometimes I dont even know how it got this bad or what went wrong.
No offense to anyone but it's obvious.

well acu you are correct.
for all the other stuff what i say is just an opinion(to which most agree) but this i know as fact:
the honor council is designed to run independantly from admin. it says so on honor council page. yet admin had thier say in council matters. this is no biggie to me,what is a big deal is when they prevented us from doing our jobs. right now i see so much in mah(notice i refuse to call it toh,because toh was so much more) it makes me ill,but dont look to me to help,been there,done that,and wasnt trusted.
bottom line is...WW has become the premier tourney. this last sentence is just my opinion,unlike above paragragh,but again,it is the opinion of many.

Hey, we've been bashing kitten for 2 years now...dont come here and tell us not to....there is no hatred here, only illiteracy on your behalf because you clearly dont grasp the subject.
@motor, you cant come here after several months of non-posting and expect to claim the trophy. The bash icon requires quality AND consistency of bash. You dont qualify!

well....i have something to say in taste...this is for you consis
i have several steps here you must follow to become a decent tosser:
1) call up several friends. invite them over. since you may not have too many friends,you may have to lure some nieghbors over with free foodstuffs and the like.
2) get friends to gather 'round
3) instruct friends to grab onto your shoulders.
4) instruct friends to pull on said shoulders.
5) hopefully your friends are strong. if so,they have successfully dislodged your head from your anal cavity. congrats!
6) you should wear sunglasses. its been some time since you've seen daylight.
7) now,take a breath of fresh air and wake up. its a beautiful world out there isnt it!
these steps do not guarantee you will become a good tosser,but its a neccessary 1st step. thanks for comming out.

Well, Well, Well.....It seems I've stumbled upon a small coven of Kitten-bashers.
Let me see if I can try and filter through the.....well I'll call it love from you guys. LoL
It sounds like there's some sort of an interest in having Kitten step down from her position. I'd like to suggest some dignified ways to approach asking a person to stepdown from their place of authority.
Suggestion#1:
Write a formal letter to her boss addressing the issue and offering your opinions on how the matter might be resolved.
Suggestion#2:
Address Kitten formally through the use of email. Perhaps ask if there is a good time you could meet with her on ICQ to resolve the problems that are bothering you. Use candid speech, remain honest, and keep in mind that her job as a tournament coordinator might be very important to her. Try to ask yourself what she might be going through in her personal life that might be affecting her work.
Suggestion#3:
Get others involved that agree with your side of the story. Form a peaceful protest by asking them to send letters as well.
Suggestion#4: Remain vigilant. Don't give up until the needs of the entire community of tournament gamers are met.
As you can see there are many ways to get involved by asking her to step down. I don't think name-calling ever solved anything.

Since you havent been here long its easy to see how you think we are attacking kitten mercilessly (well, we are ). But you wouldnt believe the things we have done to remove kitten from controlling the h3 aspect of (loosely termed) ToH. From online petitions to this kitten bashing to emails, to every thing you can think of. But she remains stubbornly in control even with her apparently disintegrating personal life and pathetic running of a major tourney (as in compared to what it used to be). Even when she threatens to quit, some guardian angel, or tool if you prefer, convinces her to stay.
Kitten is harmless? yeah, nice person? I guess, I dont know her personally...she airs a lot of laundry on the net and make me believe she has ongoing personal issues (and of course, a million rumours that just about everyone knows about). If she kept her private life just that, private....didnt look for sympathy in the zone everytime someone bashes her and gained a little bit a dominance, not to mention running the tourney with regular updates, news pages...properly run subtourneys etc etc, then things could be ok. But no, she is still there and still in control, hence the gaming community suffers.
This is primarily the reason I havent played a MaH game in 6 months, and looked for something new to play.

I just think at least to the updates & active HC, is to hire new RELIABLE helpers to volunteer on updating, WITH the access to all tournies from both administrators.
Also you need a tough Motor type HC head HC prefered to take care of everyday business.
Theres alot going on.

Jason your the only one who sees this with there eyes wide open. There are 2 admins in MaH, we both do our parts. I am just more on the sceens than Raven is, but we both do our equal duities.
@ others:
I have stated this before and will state it again, if Raven and I leave h3 then there will be no toh h3
