Great choices. I'd be a bit different some places though.
Castle: Adela (Bless)
Rampart: Kyrre (Logistics)
Tower: Neela (Armorer)
Inferno: Ayden (Intelligence)
Necropolis: Isra (Necromancy)
Dungeon: Gunnar (Logistics)
Stronghold: Dessa (Logistics)
Fortress: Tazar (Armorer)
I haven't played Conflux in ages, so I don't remember. But your choice seems fine.

i usually just choose whomever i like best in the portrait but my all time fave is Yog  (like my av)
i also like Lord Haart for castle

prayer? u mean loynis. My secon choice 
I normally prefer might heroes to improve my units directly and thus lowering deaths and heighten dmg

besides, Neela and Mephala just are two of the most beautiful women in this game (unfortunately, Neela has lost a bit of her style through the reconing, mephala still looks as good as in H3 )
Marius might be a bit ugly but he/she got Armorer same goes w/ edric, though he looks quite stylish in his own way^^
Gal is a bit ugly, but, hey, he's Death Knight, he is allowed to (and he has armorer and skel-spec)
Well, and HaX, Tazzy and Gunnar just look cool (and gunnar has a cool name )(and tazar might have one of the best specs in game, imo )
