Why are there so many unreported losses?
I was checking the disputes site at the beginning of the week and noticed that it's got 3 times the size than normally.
Since I also found some known names in the Unreported Loss section, I thought it were technical difficulties. But then I played a game and my record was update only some hours later.
Well, I don't want to accuse somebody.. I'm just wondering what's the reason for this phenomenon.. can somebody tell me?

well to have all that answered you must ask every single player on the unreported page.
But for myself i have been there few times.
10% of the times i actually forgot to report. Sounds really weird though (how can you forget to report a game would i ask). Well dunno things just happen
90% of the times i have been on that list is because i dont bother reporting the game after finishing. Ill do it day after though ASAP. Well once again 1-4 days missing report from opponent is allowed. 5-9 days is way to much of not reporting. If you feel, then e-mail your opponent ASAP asking why not reporting. and if no answer the honorcouncil must take action.
i have a funny accident a few week ago. I played an opponent and loss to him. Time was late and i actually just wanted to close the internet/computer and hit the bed. So when i came home next day from work i (offcourse)reported loss.
1 week later i saw in my secondary e-mail adress that there was an e-mail from Honorcouncil with text copyed from my opponent, sayin:
I quote: "I played Titan_888 and won. I reported the win but Titan hasnt. I really want this win"
Well now comes the time where i started to laugh. Is this person insane? Have Heroes overtaken his life? Everyday im go online he is there for hours and hours. Where is the life for him? Does 20 points to your rank means so seriously much that you immidiately e-mail Honor council with some small redicilous problems!!! i just called it insane and laugh
Well as you see i didnt name my opponent but let me say that he was highranked colonel!!!

P.S: Let me express my totally admire of the russians work with the torney Tacticians Corner. Great job guys.

Hi, i think it was some sort of malfunctioning in the automation of that page (if automated )
Cause i reported a loss twice and my opp dident get the win. And i had a win that my opp reported twice that i dident recieve credit for, so i think something went wrong??
This was the hmm 23/7 i think.
So not all the players on that page deserve to be there, i am sure that alot of players reported there games and some may have forgotten, It happens.

Remember, when Vesuvius is around, TOH flows. When Vesuvius disappears, TOH slows.
I have had the 'internet curse', basically I have been trying to get high speed internet for 6 months now, but each time something goes wrong. A week ago I ordered DSL, they worked on it for 4.5 hours! But what it ended up doing was disabling my 56k, and I could not get on the net to do TOH, but fortunately I could use Melissa's laptop. This led to a week of minimal updates and TOH work for me.
One of the responsibilities of mine is the unreported winloss page. Hence that suffered. It will be fixed in less than a week, since I have had my 56k restored, but no DSL yet 
With the homm4 TOH automation, one of the nice things will be the efficient way the unreported winloss will be taken cared of, and the ease that a volunteer can do that portion. Homm4 TOH automation will be ready in about 30 days, and all veterans (players with dragon/wyvern Icons) will be asked to preregister.

High speed connections
If you can try cable VES. I have heard so many horror stories about DSL for home use. I ordered Cable, the guy came 2 days later( i was thinking, i know he will have to leave and get `xxxxx' part of something and it wont be hooked up that day), but they came and 1.5 hrs later i was up and running w/o a problem since then. THat was 6 months ago.

Personally...
I personally make sure that before i even exit the game i have reported and that my opponenet has reported.
How lazy can you be... it takes no more than 2 minutes (1 minute now cause it's bookmarked).
I find it extremely annoying when I play someone and they do not report till days later, in the mean time losing points and making me send them death threats to their email, home address, and rest of their family J/K . I know a win is a win but I would still like the satisfaction of getting the points I've earned.
Is it that too much to ask?
Anyways, if anyone knows where to get the Tactitian's Corner map please post. Sorry for the spamming on the zone .

Thanks people for answering here.
Since Ves seems to be back on track, I guess that the Flow of Toh will be back to normal soon - maybe you could start it by reporting your own loss j/k off course!
I also report immediately after the game.. and yes, bookmarks help
Normally, I don't care if my opponent doesn't report at once.. I would never email HC the next morning, but IMO it should be possible to report within 24 hours.
Fast internet connections... well, I won't be able to have DSL before April 2002 and I'm not sure whether I will order it (too expensive). Cable isn't widespread here yet, so I have to stick to my old 56K modem... I hope that'll be enough for HoMM4

reporting loss
Since I always lose my game, once i know its over i just report the game towards my death. So when i finally lose i can shut down the computer and run away and have some ice cream!
