HoMM 4 re-released by Ubisoft?
Iīve heard rumors that Ubisoft has re-released HoMM 4. Apparently itīs available in stores in Denmark and Belgium for about 15,00 Euros!! Can anybody confirm this? I havenīt seen it in Germany.

Yes, Ubisoft has re-released the game in some places in Europe as part of its "Exclusive" budget collection. No word about a North American release at this point though.

Well, I dont know about this either - but well - I guess they wont release it everywhere - at least it wouldnt surprise me.

That's true, it has been re-released...I heard it on Celestial Heavens...Nothing in Romania though...

Why so keen on the re-releasing. If you have the original HoMM4, you've got no use for another copy...?

Unbelievable
Check out ebay, HoMM4 disks are selling for $60-$80 USD. This is crazy! My original disks got scratched beyond repair and I can't replace them anywhere for a reasonable price!
Update -- I just bought the UK release of the UbiSoft re-release from a guy on Ebay for $15 USD. It came with the UK patch for 1.3 and 2.0 on the disk.
So far so good, I am impressed. Is there a way to patch to the USA version? What is the diff between the 2 versions?

Well, 3DO seems to have released it in Germany, too - but not Ubisoft as it seems 
I first had the UK-version, but I couldnt get the exp.-packs for it, so I bought the german versions on ebay (and one from angelito, thx again^^)

Well, itīs here in Finland too! Cost: 14,80 euros! I had lost my hope about getting this game myself, but when I was buying christmas presents, I saw it and bought it.
