No offense, Angelito, but...
If even YOU can't nominate something for "9. Best Heroes V idea", maybe we should change the categorie.
I think that something that is more relative to everyone would be a better categorie. "Best Word Game" for example. I hope that you give this some serious thought, because that categorie seems like a lame duck to me.

"Best Heroes V idea" should be nominated by the guys who read very much in the "Altar of wishes", what i do rarley to be honest. In all those threads there are some very good ideas for the game i think.....and those can be nominated here.
I gave up to have "wishes" for an upcoming version...tried that for Heroes IV already.....we all know what happened...
So i take the surprise...

Well I think everyone is forgetting about the months of January through June of 2004, so all my votes are going to be based on then instead.
1. Best Newbie (signed to HC in 2004) - Asmodean is without a doubt the best n00b. He's so good people don't even remember he is a n00b. I also nominate Daddy second choice.
2. Most improved poster - Dingo he used to spam in every forum. Now it's only wastelands
3. Poster who made u think - Kitten still makin me think
4. Who had the best idea for board improvement - Shadowcaster, I think his style of writing sparked the flavor and wonderful writing that currently resides in Glade. Without Shadowcaster, Glade would still be simply beefed up spam threads. Asmodean is a close second with his big push for the Other Games Exist Too forum.
5. Best Mod - Lich King although he left, I think he did a great job as mod when there were very few active mods around. COME BACK LICH!!!
6. Funniest Poster - I didn't laugh during those months when I was mod. I was Mr. Serious. So... I'll choose TUM.
7. Best Thread - I'm impartial to Glade, but Let's Have War
8. Most valuable poster - I'd have to say Asmodean just because of his involvement in every forum, from his start in Altar to Tavern to Glade to Other Side to creating a new forum.
9. Best Heroes V idea - haven't been there in ages
10. King of Spam - who other than Dingo?

I recommend we do this twice a year, so issues like what RSF have mentionned will not have an impact.

Though, i'm really surprised about some of the nominations. Technically I'm here exactly since 1st Januar 2004 (1 year), so all my posting would qualify under all categories (including best noob ). I dont like at all the idea of electing anything, so I abstain from voting. Although personally its nice to hear positive feedback from comrades.
