it's a matter of ballancing out the units. there were some weak, and frankly anoying units, but the hydras, gorgons, and wyvrens  the ability to get level 6 units on your second turn in some scenarios is very cool. also, campainer, this is a place for disscussing the fortress, not our own ideas. but you have a point, the music can be anoying.

Fortress is excellent for defending. And mighty gorgons are sure mighty,especially against lv7 creatures. I love fortress. It's not for beginners though, so if u don like fortress I guess u're noob. My previous avatar was mighty gorgon. See my avatar now? Fortress rules! Chaos Hydras rocks! Are you sure they are not bringing fortress back? @#!* !!!!

if they don't bring the fortress back, they will probobaly at least include the hydra. they seem displeased with HMM IV, so they will probobaly put it somwhere smart.

I liked it ok.
It was a little unbalanced.
And I didn't like the lizard archers, and I wish the Wyverns had more HP but I can't complain about the Mighty Gorgons or the Baskilisks.

In wake of gods i love play with Fortress because new exp system, special abilites and so on. But in h5 we have less towns so i don't think that fortress will be a one of those 6 towns. (I hope so because i want something new. Sorry.  I STILL LOVE THEM!! )
So if i want to play with fortress i play h3.  But nothing is confirmed yet.
