i like the look of it but i would prefer a different name.the unupgraded version is amethyst dragon so i thought the upgrade to be something like xxx dragon,where xxx is some other kind of semi-precious gem.you could try Saphire,Emerald or Ruby dragon...(with the proper colour in each case ofcourse)

But i don't realy like wings... If Amethist dragon is without wings, upgraded shouldn't have too... That would make him different from other dragons...

I was actually hoping that the Gorynych would somehow be a creature in the Grove town, its a very useful creature but unfourtunately doesnt have a home. It even looks a little like the Chimera from the Warcraft 3 night elf faction.

Gorynych can be used in Russian Town.
Because Gorynych came to WOG from Russian mythology

In HoMM monsters aren't sorted by mythologies. Besides, I realy don't think that Russian town ( ) should be made...

Well, I wouldn't mind if it was made, but I doubt that they will ever actually do it. I mean towns like Bastion, Forge and Grove took so long to do and aren't finished yet and the guys who want to make the Russian town haven't even started.
