Downtime
I was let down by the web host - the server did not cope well with increased traffic on AOH and HC. HC and AOH are now on a new server - I'm resolving the final issues, most things should be operational. Let me know if you find any errors.
Also, after you give it a good test over the next few days, let me know how you find the speed of pages loading compared to before.

well I for one find that the site and it's pages load faster than before.
I havent encountered any anomalies as of yet. So who is hosting HC now?

I was saddened, but I'm just glad it's working now.
(insert rant about the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation to bring in a new era of heroescommunity and stuff)

"Ok, something very strange going on, or you guys are just foolin'me about reaching to HC. I tried to enter the web site, from a computer at school, from a computer at public library, and, from a computer at my friend's house. None of them worked! I cannot reach to HC from anywhere. I changed the web settings and all, so it may detect the options automaticly, it didn't work either."

It was this:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, wwwadmin@bestsitez.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
...but I don't know if it's something else now.

Either he is connected through a proxy that uses the old DNS settings or the DNS information is rarely updated by his provider.
Basically that makes his computer look for the site on the old server that I moved the site from.
Tell him to try connecting without a proxy server, to try reloading the page 10 times or so. If that doesn't work, just wait until the DNS settings get through.

Are you connected through a proxy?

Val I also get that xboxs some time enter in http://heroescommunity.com... not now... and not ever... just sometimes...

Yes I still get them and confirmed with the tech team at work that the Parliament of Canada uses a proxy for internet surfing.
I logg on to HC with no www.
Any ways to fix this while using a proxy? Is it possible to remove the floating Xbox () for proxy users?

I think what could work is to tell the proxy provider to refresh the DNS cache for heroescommunity and www.heroesofmightandmagic.com or alternatively just wait until the proxy gets around to it.
