Actually i owe Maretti an opology. It is only recently that i come to know he is a vet, and a while back in the "Inferno is sucks" thread i gave him the advice that if he ever played someone who is experience at inferno that he might change his opinion of that town, as if he were a noob that would need a noobish nobody like me to tell him this.
To his credit he just said that he had met no such person and that was it.
No "come back when you have played a few more games yourself" type comment, so i am guessing he is a gentleman to play against.

Indeed, congrats Maretti. Its sort of hard nowadays to get to emperor with this level of activity. I'd say there's another 2 months left in homm3/homm4 gaming before homm5 takes over.

@ Dodd, yes Maretti is very much a gentleman when playing the game. Explains why I play him so much even though I get my @ss kicked each and every game.

Thanks all. Ive lost 3 in a row though since reaching 1900. One more defeat and im back to lord. Then you can congratulate me again when I reach 1900

Hi Maretti, you cannot be 'demoted' back down to Lord if you drop below 1900. You stay at Emperor rank permanently once you are promoted.
