Hashima sounds Japanese. I'm fairly certain that the Nagas will be Japanese.

also there was a second map, after a cataclysm or something, and there in the Jade Ocean(southeast) there is an island called Hashima - maybe that's where the naga live. ON the normal Ashan map there is an Archipelago in the Jade Ocean which corresponds to where Hashima and the other islands are on the other map
That map was from Dark Messiah and will probably have relevance for Heroes 6.

Don't wanna sound like a douche but it seems like Ubisoft/Nival didnt bother much with the history. Seems kinda lazy job on their part, the usual "it came from nothing" theory

besides, you have to start somewhere. And if it was really well developed the cutscenes would have dragged on until judgement day, and every one would have committed suicide.

On the same map I was talking about earlier, where Karthal is found on the Ashan map you can find a region called Challoth

As I heard )read( it was a map planned for some Chinese Heroes...
Doesn't have to do anything with H6 ...
And if this world blows up it would just show that Ubival is Really without imagination...
And actually Talonguard would have to blow up if this two maps are going to have something in common...
P.S now that I think of it it looks like H4 map... With some MM9 elements... doom sea and all ... Paleadra from h4 ... I know that all names don't fit but just a thought...

True ... Maybe demons will burst out at the end of the Academy campaign and simply destroy Talonguard? Big Burst and Urugash could be freed and in 6 we'll have to ensemble all races(including nagas and Dragon knights) and summon Elemental Dragons to fight him ... Or wake up Asha herself ... That will be cool... And we should finally get dark,corrupted and depressing new world ...

That would be good for a change. With that they could make an epic campaign if they planned it carefully. Of course we don't know yet what is the canonical ending with dark messiah.

in an interview some time ago it was said that at a certain point Asha will awaken
then we will have humans(free cities + haven), elves,dark elves,dwarves,naga,undead,orcs,dragon knights and wizards fighting against demons

The Demons are in for a serious but certainly not final *ss-kicking if that would be the case. Still I can't imagine a alliance like this lasting very long, as soon as the Demons are Banished to Sheogh, the others will start fighting each other again.
This could make a Realy cool Ending Cutscene though.

You've played that mission when Vayer tries to open the portal to new Demon Sovereign? All is possible... I hope Ubi is reading this !!!
And they could form different alliances at the end for a change(If they start fighting again it would be so Warcraft)... I hate one-race nations.Make things more interesting...for examle make Orcs join the Necromancers(they both hate Wizards)... They could be seduced by skilled Vampires and could turn some leaders to undead ? Just make Giovanni ( ! )with that chick from heaven neutral... smth like that...make races abandon their gods... but now is not the time for discussing this,though...
Speaking of cutscenes it would be fair it they give us at least two(since in hof we had nothing) - one as the starting one(could be some orc invasion and that finishing one where Urgash destroys Talonguard...

In Turkish - Karthal(originally Kartal) means Eagle
btw Zehir means 'Poison' , I was suprised when I saw those Turkish names in the game

Nobody knows anything. It's still just pure speculation. Haven't seen Mantra around for ages.
My guess will be that the Nothern Barbarian thing was an idea later discarded - but it might also be that the human females with the Orcs (Shamans) are remnants of this.

Yeah, i'm curious about the awakening of asha, fabrice himself said this in an interview several months ago (maybe january), it's cool to see one of the primordial dragons in action. Then, all races and their six dragon gods + asha will fight againts urgash and his demons, and the world will tremble. Fabrice also said something about silvria, one of the moon of ashan said to be asha's place to rest after her fight with urgash.
