Did they change the Biara Bug in the Sylvan Campaign ?

If you're talking about Biara never spawning in mission 1 of sylvan campaign,well I didn't have the bug.also downloaded patch 1.3,read the readme file over and over to see all the corrected bugs,and improvements....but didn't seem to come acroos "Biara" name in it.

No CD version + I have a patch problem
I live in Taiwan and bought my version there. No cd is needed except at start-up.
But, I have a different problem. My patches won't load. When I try, its says that HOMM % is not installed!
What's the problem?
