i really would like to play a nice H3 Game from time to time...and im sooo old that i dont need a "worthy test" to be in ..lool

we dont need a discussion, we need some h3-players this weekend i played 3 h3-games with my buddy tox, but for what ? I always remember the good old times, when both of us played 7 or 8 games a weekend

There are still 30-40 players each day on Gamespy, especially on weekends. Guess there are more games played than for H5 on Ubi.

Sure Homm 3 was cool and high strategical gameplay,but i think Homm 5 become more close to a chess playstyle,some people cant just see it now, but after few months there will be talkings how awesome Homm 5 is and people will discover mystery 
Though i would like to see Homm 5 with grafic like Homm 2 was or like Homm 3,but it is ok as it is now, i always like gameplay before all

You have my support Motor and i didnt doubth that few years will hurt your sence of humor and wisdom Morgan. Just for you new people, HOMM 3 is a mother - everything else will stay in dust. Theres still thousands of us that would play HOMM 3 any given day. ANY GIVEN DAY!! You ppl who started tournaments should have known better. Truth, you did a great job - put a lot of effort in it. Toh started it all. Got famous - got a damn TRADITION. And what do you have now Vesuvius ? You guys cut us all overnite - thousands of members. And whoever said earlier in one of the posts - lets leave beat horse to die - you dont know what you saying. By the way, how come that all of us people never had a single chance to influence any of decisions you guys that hold tournaments made concerning HOMM 3. I tought you'll never give it up Vesuvius i had a great respect for you, been looking at tournies that came to life after Toh - they've all let go after a while for different reasons (read excuses) imaturity id say. We dont know each other Ves, its not needed but what matters (to me) is that i believe im one of thousands of HOMM 3 fans around the GLOBE that have no place to go and play a solid WORLD famous HOMM 3 tournie no more. Thats whats killed. HOMM 3 is a unique world inside the world we live in, and HOMM 5 is yet to be proven. Personaly i dont believe that HOMM 5 will ever get there. I'd say in whoever created HOMM 5 was more than 1 different perspectives on a game itself, in one you can see that someone understood the heart of the game and on the other hand there was need for "improvement" of the game. That other hand dont simply get it - it needs no improvement. And company rushed in releasing the game and all that. Even if you have all you need like (im trying not to laugh) patches that make you game work online to start with, still that game is missing a core that HOMM 3 had. I never met you never spoken a word with you but i bet you know exactly what i mean Ves. Earlier i left a post somewhere, was mad seeing all this "excitement" over and over again. But you ppl suffer realy, i admire your ppl will power to overcome the issues, play again hope for better tomorrow. Truly graphics are beautyfull, navigating screens systems are awesome game all in all visualy is AWESOME, but other than that...? I like some new little tricks they have put in and some things they cut out (just some), but than again game is so short on many details that HOMM 3 had, that have been making this game best game ever and with whis kind of slow progress in fixing it i odubth that they will ever make it happent. I might be mistaken but why not keep HOMM 3 and HOMM 5 running together ? And why those calls like "last final season of HOMM 3" ? Where does that come from ? I bet anyone if HOMM 3 would be run again ppl would gather quickly and keep playing it. So why not keep ppl happy give them both of games ? Is that such a big and impossible thing? I mean turn around ppl HOMM 3 is our game - its a heart of our HOMM world. Im sorry to say but HOMM 5 is not an intelectual match for HOMM 3 - period. All i can see here is sorrow, and past thoughts and things, smells, images that will never be back again. I think all of this must die, because will NEVER come back again, no matter what!
You can do H3 games tourney's, whatever you'll try, can only hurt you more. You people need refreshments need something new, cose this is life, always find something else, learn new things, not living in the past. But this is your personalities, no one can change that anymore. And I'm talking with all of you who makes such demands, like this will help you somehow...
I played H3, I know my long nights in that game, but now, I need a brand new future. I like the unknown, i choose life 
And also, I am sure this H5 will work just fine, as soon as some other people will come. This game cant grow with memories, cant become famous and fun with such ideas.

Wow I just thought I'd pop in here and poke around at homm5 news. Havnt checked out the game at all.
World of Warcraft has eaten me and everything around me!
However I'd love to get a game of homm3 going sometime with any of the old gang hehe. I'd expect I will still lose to most of ya but I'll put up a fight as always

DIEGIS: hmm5 cant replace hmm3. Games is very diferent. hmm5 is not bad but (for me)cant compare for now with hmm3. Many "new" players dont like hmm3 and many "old" dont like hmm5.
ToH is most famus site so will be nice if here have place for all ppl and tournaments for hmm3 and hmm5.

what can i say.. i miss the damn great HOMM3 ACTION... i miss the allied games talking strategy with partner during opponents turn.

hmm yeah homm5 is fun game ... and prolly much more interesting if i wanted to search all aspects of the game...
I have had so many enjoyable times in zone chatting... and laughing like i almost puked...

well... what can i say.. thoose memories would be really nice to experience once more...

Its not long ago i tried to settle a game from a internet cafe... but unfortunately the internet cafe's router could not connect  i used many hours transport with train back and forth cause i forgot game at home lool ... so it was really dissapointing

Good discussion here. I hope peeps get new computers soon cause I think homm5 is awesome. I am playing it now with all the same excitement and passion I had for homm3 and I am reading the manual in bed just like when 3 came out. THe Ubi interface sucks but with the new toh chatroom and hamachi its quite easy to get games. The gameplay and strategy feels exactly like homm3 only this one is prettier. Just my 2 cents.
