KD the settlement is not the strongest faction, I am sure the hobbits have ways of defeating them easily.

you said a wizard imprisoned the metal dragon!, if it was done through a wizard by Slyath, then that makes not difference, it still is a wizard... how come then the orcs are allies to the academy. i'm sure the arrogant wizards wouldn't aplogise for what they did.
also, why are they alies to haven, as they where the ones who subjectated the orcs in the first place. what happened there?

Settlement Orcs are good guys. The wizard is sent by Sylath, That wizard who imprisoned was Shar-Shazzar, but he manypuled (his body controlled) by Sylath. They are the allyes of haven becuse they are all good.

it says in your history that the god of the orcs was imprisoned by a wizard. Shar-Shazzar is regarded as a hero in academy, so i think they would veiw what he did as a great thing (they don't believe he was forced to). i'm sure the orcs would feel resentment for this, even more so that the wizards haven't apologised for it.
haven are both good and evil! worshiping the dragon of light then getting a demon mother to be made a saint. also the orcs were subjectated by the humans, so i think they would feel alot of resentment from that. no matter the alliegnment, you need to keep in mind the history that was written, and you wrote!
