Stealth edit will not remove the "edited by ... on ..." as far as I am aware, so we will know if someone has changed something.
Edit: nope, it doesn't remove it.

The end of ICTC 2 draws near, only a few days left now. And although some of you asked whether I'm going to compete I still have no faction. Therefore, I have an announcement to make:
*official speech mode on*
People of HC! Dear friends!
I called you here today to thank you for your support in these hard times of cruel competition! A time when poster rises against poster and no HOMM tradition is sacred! A time of harsh critisism and hypocracy! Thank you again for your support!!
However, in these days of mistrust, when every creator had to constantly fight for his copyrights, there was a beacon of hope! An alliance based on trust and friendship even in these wicked times! I'm talking about the Peculistar team and their Exile Island faction! Their town shines like a beam of light in these dark days!
So it is not with regret, but with a sense of true accomplishment do I resign from the ICTC 2 competition and give my full and honest support to the Peculistar team!
So remember: every vote counts, but only a vote for Peculistar counts as a true vote!

Well... I wanted to say "Judges of HC" instead "people of HC", but calling them "dear friends" would look like some sort of favoritism. And when Peculistar will win (yes, TDL, even your mighty Bastion don't stand a chance against them) I don't want anyone to say that their vicory wasn't honest and true.

Accoding to the master post ofcourse. You don't expect the judges to look for the information in the whole thread, right?
And Geny: The Exile Island is a nice faction, and I sure it made a lot of people to smile here, but it doesn't fit HOMM at all (sorry Kooka, sorry Aculias).
But I would give it a nice rating for being so original and creative, and for daring to do such of nice thing.

To the judges:
1. All the information about the contest was moved to this thread, including the information from the Tavern to the judges. Check it in the master post of the thread (first one).
2. Balance is very important thing. Don't forget it when you mark factions. If you want to compare powers of creatures, there's Alcibiades's Power Rating Calculator.
This is not the one that is used at AoH, but it may give you a clue how powerful is the creature compared to others.
3. Don't forget: too weak faction is bad as too strong faction!

Because GenieLord won't be responding, I will  I think GenieLord said in the High Scores Thread that every judge is supposed to mark every faction (why else would he give you 2 weeks?)

Well I have started marking some of the entires, Hobbiton and the Settlement I have marked:
Hobbiton: 50%
Settlement: 50%
IMO, I do not think that the Settlement, should have recieved a mark of 19%, that was directed towards VokialBG, and also imo no entry of this contest should recieve that low of a mark.
Every town is good on something, not bad on everything.
