re Mods vs Users - nah...
I don't see it that way at all.
Like Angelito pointed out there is a long drawn out procedure for modship, if you are serious and qualify you should send an application to Val and outline the reasons why you think a new mod is necessary here... {there is a thread in tribunal that deals with this, and every few months gets slammed}
I guess we all learn the long way how things work here, and so it is funny watching the same story repeat itself with different players {in 12 months you will see this happen again with newer faces}
Sorry William, but who would have Thunk you'd be the lead for modship a few months ago huh? 
So that I am not spamming in here I second the nominatation for TnT_Addict
&LOL at the KD penalty {no offense, but you saw it coming right }

If u would recieve a penalty, you could easily check it in your profile. Just click on "bonuses" there. If the number of threads shown there does NOT match to the number of quality points shown beside your red star, then u have recieved a penalty. I see 2 threads, and 2 red stars. All fine.

 i made this thread to get a new moderator in the Alter, or get the attention of the others, but now it seems to be war, o well, dont give me a -QP, and KD nothing personal, but you do mention the Settlement a lot, although, i stand by my word, but you didnt diserve another -QP,

well, in real life, if the police are to bad, then simply quit, have a community rebellion, or not,
but i think that those rules could be asked to any member, and at least 1/2 would say yeah to all, i know i did

It's okay. William will be a moderator here someday, I'm pretty sure about it.
He is getting better from moment to moment and helps this forums so much. Now he's one of the best heroes here.
Valeriy probebly noticed it.

Well I have improved alot, yes, and some people have obviously noticed it, which is a good thing I suppose.
But Valeriy said I have to wait *gulp* 3 years until I apply again, but I just hope that was a joke, cos people see I am getting better, and I got mod/admin experience before

I Personally think that Alc would be a great Moderator here.
If, for example, I was going to be Moderator here, I could clean up and give out QP's and Penalties.
Only Bad thing is, that I know nothing about HOMM5, because I have not played it, but I can still read up on it and learn that way, but it wont be the same as actually playing it.
But I am probably the most active person at this forum, on every single day for many hours.
