It's Time Now !
First i have to say that im a gamer that buy alot of game each year, so i dont care to pay for good product. and what i write here is a thread that i wish people who think im right in a way or in another can talk and say what they have to say, and maybe i hope DG or another publisher will distribute that kind of game so all the people who wanted it can have it and pay the price for it.
and im a damn fan of HMM , i bought all the computer games and soundtrack over the time, but never ill go in buying random stuff !
i donwloaded and printed all the 700 cards and the 7 Tiles they show.
i printed different number of copies depending on the level of the cards, or the kind of cards.
i build a homemade boardgame wihch is diffrent each and everytime i play and looks mirror like to the cardgame and computer game.
it cost me around 60$ to do all that in good paper and color print.
i Would have been ready to pay over 100$ if the company itself had done a board game with all that nice stuff in it; or an expandable non collectible card game but since they didnt, its another store who made the money and im still playing their game.. too bad
in fact the best would be an expendable card game but not collectible random stuff...or a nice boardgame.
they can still do a collectible if they want; just do another kind of game with it also , so the customer will be happy and buy the products for the style of play he wants !!!!
i asked a couple of local store, and with all the big seller like Magic for example they dont want another ccg(they know it wont sell people invested too much in other ccg to start another one that is not even popular), but if it was a boardgame they would buy and it would sell ! if DG are not able to do a nice boardgame they can still change the collectible for expandable and maybe there, people will build there game like they want.
